Raine and Co reviews

Raine and Co were absolutely fantastic, they were extremely helpful and generous with their time and the whole process from viewings to completion was extremely smooth and pleasurable. The really went the extra mile to accommodate our busy schedule and made themselves available as needed and also did a fantastic job maintaining progress of the purchase transaction and helping with queries. Given how bad the house purchase process can be in the UK, and has been for many of our friends, we had the opposite with Raine and Co and genuinely had the best service and I cannot fault them at all. Special shout out to Jackie who was our main contact and fantastic and also Steve and Libby who all were also great! Highly recommended, will definitely use again! Thank you so much! Paolo

We bought our property with raine & co this year and had a great experience. Our sale was somewhat challenging due to unforeseen circumstances but Steve made it much easier for everyone involved and we are absolutely thrilled with our new home

I placed my property on the market with two other agents before arriving at the team at Raine and co - Libby and Jackie were fantastic. Jackie provided proactive advice and little touches that helped get an offer and Libby kept the communication going until completion. Happy I went there.

Raine & Co were fantastic and very supportive throughout my property purchase. Steven Aldridge was always friendly and willing to give good professional advise. He went out of his way to follow up with the solicitors on both sides to help speed up the process. Thank you!

Raine & Co were very supportive throughout our property purchase, kept in regular contact and weren't pushy or aggressive in any way. They ensured we were always updated and Steve was great to deal with.

Really bad experience - unfortunately we did not get treated well here, and what should have been an exciting experience was ruined. We were ignored and called rude when asking for updates on the progress (including from the owner who had no details of the case). We were very undermined and spoken to rudely by more than 1 member of the team. Will never ever use Raine & Co again as their working culture & customer service is very poor.

I have recently bought my new home through Raine and Co (Codicote). From the outset, Jackie (the branch manager) has been professional, friendly and approachable. She has communicated clearly ensuring any issues in the chain were explained to everyone. She kept everything moving, despite the difficulties I had with selling my flat and the impact of the pandemic. I am really grateful to her and I would highly recommend using Raine and Co.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

All the staff at Raine & Co in Hatfield were great to deal with. They were very efficient, but also very understanding. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Sandra, Gemma and the team go above and beyond for you and I couldn't do anything but recommend you use them. They sold our house in less than a week, did so much for us during a process that was made unnecessarily stressful by other solicitors/agents, and gave us regular updates throughout. We can't thank them enough!

Branch Manager Jackie provided an efficient, professional and friendly service from start to finish. Very prompt at replying to emails and queries to ensure there were no delays in the process. Was a great intermediary between myself and the vendors and kept me informed along the way. I really couldn’t recommend her more highly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Just wanted to compliment the team at raineandco for a very smooth purchase experience. They were easy to reach during the buying process, no complaints from my end. On top, they gave me an excellent reco for a solicitor (Navinder), so please ask them for his details.

Scott and Sam were both excellent throughout the whole buying process and guided us from start to finish. We would highly recommend Raine and Co in Stevenage to anyone. The purchase only took 5 weeks to go through and I cannot thank them enough for getting us in to our new home.

I was very happy with the service. I didn’t realise how much skill was required to selling an old house. Their experienced was such an asset. Raine & Co took care of everything offering great advice along the way. Very impressed. Thank you so much, Rob & Kai

Tenants beware! Absolutely useless agency. Had many problems with intrusive landlord after complaining we didn't receive any help. Tenants are left on their own, with no support. Agency is there only to take rent money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

My experience with Raine and Co Stevenage branch has been nothing short of amazing! I removed my listing from another estate agent (who was having trouble selling my property) and decided to go with Raine and co who managed to sell my property within a week of putting it onto the market! Sandra and Gemma are excellent at what they do. Always available on the phone and they ensured that things were progressed quickly by dealing direct with my terrible solicitors, the other sides solicitors and all estate agents within the chain. Thanks to all involved at your branch! Will be using you if we decide to move again!!
