GoogleThe most ridiculous agents ever. I’ve been renting for 4 years now and absolutely nothing gets fixed in the flat. Contractors come in to “fix” the boiler and 2 days later my kitchen is flooded with water again. My intercom hasn’t worked for 4 years and they class it as “non priority” when I miss deliveries and important letters everyday. Broken kitchen cabinets still classed as “non priority” . I have water leaking from ceiling, shower and boiler and “Micheal McDonald” who I spoke to numerous times denied me ever making complaints about the leak and threatened to hang up the phone when I was clearly getting frustrated as nothing is getting fixed in a flat I pay thousands of pounds a year to rent. He laughed in my face when I said i was going to report to the councils health department as they keep forgetting that it is THEIR legal obligation to repair a leaking roof, leaking boiler and shower. I am Totally disgusted with their service. I’d avoid this company by all cost if you ACTUALLY care about where your money goes and won’t be pressured to accept the bare minimum services they provide

We are aware of the call you made to the office on Monday 1st September asking for an update on repair issues
Having reviewed the call we understand your frustrations in the length of time some of the repairs have taken, however we must advise again that these repairs need to be authorised by the landlord. We advised you that both the leak at boiler and leak from bathroom are priority and that the kitchen unit and intercom phone are "non priority"
When listening to the call our team member did advise the called would be ended, this was due to the foul language you used towards him, when he was assisting in resolving/ moving this issue forward.
As you are aware the office did call you back within an hour of your call to advise you that a contractor has been instructed to carry out repair works for both leaks and the kitchen unit, and a separate contractor would be in touch re the intercom phone
We will continue to liaise with yourself and the contractor to ensure these works are completed promptly and to a satisfactory manner.

GoogleFirst class service from Katrina!
We live overseas and decided to sell our property in Coatbridge. We got in touch with Your Move and Katrina was soon on the case. She assisted us with EVERYTHING; from surveys to viewings and everything in between. Katrina kept us in the loop the entire time and often gave us her expert opinion on things such as making the property more appealing, sales market at certain times (specifically Christmas) etc. We felt like we were in safe hands the entire time and Katrina made what could have been a really stressfull time (with us being out of country) a whole lot less anxious. Can't recommend Katrina enough!

GoogleBought a property from this company, totally unprofessional. The closing date was meant to be a Monday but I was phoned and asked if I could change it cause it was a bank holiday and they wanted it off, not a problem but when I went to pick up keys they didn’t have all the keys available and I was asked if I could “chap up the neighbours” to borrow keys and get them cut. AVOID!!!

GoogleKind of crazy that each and every region has a “your room “ agency with different standards and approach. I had the luck to communicate and had viewings with a highly professional branch south Glasgow. Then a very unprofessional and lazy on the west, so you need to check on Google which branch affiliate you have appointment with by name not just by the pre your move tag.
