GoogleSP were recommended to me through a friend and colleague who said she would never use anyone else to sell their house, and from start to finish SP were amazing. One of the things I asked for was to manage expectations and they did so with everyone who came through my door. Within a week my house was sold for 6.5% above asking price. Sean came over to talk through the process and take photos, the team arranged viewings to suit my schedule. I think I spoke to pretty much everyone in the office over those first few days, everyone was so lovely and a pleasure to deal with 😊 Rachael progressed my sale through to completion and special shoutout to her as she was a massive help. Its clear everyone there is incredibly competent and genuinely cares about their team and their customers. If I ever move again I will certainly be coming back! Thank you everyone at SP!

Google*EDITED* Since my review, the MD has contacted me to discuss and has resolved the issues. Didn't listen to anything I'd said and kept repeating "lovely, perfect" over and over. I've asked for my details to be removed, which was done by someone else efficiently, hence the 2 stars

GoogleFirstly, this agency made me feel like they wanted and valued my business. They were proactive in securing my property for their portfolio which convinced me of their ability in securing a buyer for my house. They were good value and I was impressed with the information Sean offered at his valuation, plus the evidence of his agency's success in not only securing the right buyer but also from offer to completion. The efficiency and speed in which my property was marketed on all the main websites was nothing short of impressive. I was fortunate enough to have a lot of interest immediately, which was professionally managed by all the staff in the office. They periodically checked that I was happy with the timings and level of viewings and I felt throughout that I was supported and that they had my back. Their persuit of feedback and the way that I was kept up to date helped me to feel confident and secure that all was in hand. As we continued into the offer stage they worked in partnership with me and we concluded above asking price, which I was delighted about. I can not speak highly enough of all of the staff at SP and my only down side is that I will miss speaking with them so frequently. This was my first experience at selling a property and SP have set a very high bar. Thank you!

GoogleFirst time selling a house and I wanted to use a local firm that knew the area and the market. I also wanted to use a firm that would be motivated to sell my house and not just list it and forget about it and SP had great reviews and a reasonable commission fee. I am very happy that I went with them as from first contact through to sale SP kept me updated throughout, achieved asking price on the property within two days and had great customer service. I would certainly look to sell with them again. Would recommend

I was totally out of my comfort zone when I was asked to help with the sale of my parents house, but from the very first conversation with Sean, I felt totally at ease. Very professional yet so approachable. Would highly recommend to any potential buyer or seller.

GoogleThank you to sp Lettings for such a speedy service they sold our house within 2 weeks, at the time of selling we had about 6 selling agents come out to value the house and sp stood out from all the rest, there communication was excellent and it is a family run business so you can see the passion they have. Just to add the buyer of our property had told us he was so impressed on Karen’s communication on getting back to him with appointments etc. Again Highly recommended.

GoogleShocking, would not advise anybody to use these. Have your viewings interrupted by the owners friends who are clearly investors and then never hear back when you have offered full asking price and given in all of your mortgage and personal details. Nice people, terrible customer service.

Hi Russel, we do understand it is disappointing not to get the property you offered on. Unfortunately this property was very popular and we had multiple offers including yours. As discussed with you in January, the vendors decided to go with an alternative offer for the reasons I have highlighted to you in the email I sent. In regards to the viewing I do remember a comment being made to you from the person that viewed the property in the slot before you, however this in no way interrupted your viewing and was in no way connected to the vendors, unfortunately we cannot control what other people say but I did apologise because I thought myself it was a strange comment to make. We hope you find an alternative property and we are sorry that we couldn’t secure this particular property for you.

GoogleIf you want an estate agent team who are professional, friendly and have a personal touch, then these are the people for you. From Sean's initial visit where he explained everything clearly and simply, to the on going support from Karen in the office, S&P have been nothing short of super. They have answered my questions and reassured me at every step of the way and nothing has been too much. A really excellent team who come highly recommend.
