GoogleAll good, nice Customer Service Just one think that maybe is worth to look into - after putting an offer i had only 30 mins too view the house (on 1 viewing). I was not given a possibility to have an hour. Would be usefull to have more time. All the rest perfert. Regards Marta

FacebookRecently bought a house through them, got the job done but communication overall was lacking, we weren't told they weren't attending the first viewing for instance. Also when picking up the keys we had to chase them and the sellers. Never actually met anyone face to face

GoogleAs a purchaser I found the sales person quite unhelpful - I realise I'm not her client - but felt she needed to understand that a courteous approach would help the process. I also found another sales team member to be rather lacking in knowledge - though very courteous

GoogleFrom the first visit and valuation to the magic phone call that's says the keys are being handed over the service is first class. The communication and experience proves invaluable during this stressful transaction. Would definitely recommend, all the staff are polite, professional and friendly.
