Just seen a new property perfect for me online, booked an appointment to view the property and between me enquiring online and them calling me to book the appointment they put up the price by £200 a month. 3 years ago I rented from them;Horrendous letting agents to use, don't take responsibility for faultts within your home. Left us without electric with a 3 week old baby to leave us with builders lights in an outhouse bathroom rather than send someone out to fix it. Took extra money off us for numerous reasons, none of which were justifiable on their end other than "you signed the contract so pay it or we'll take you to court.Honestly don't bother.

GoogleChristina at Pinewood properties was very friendly, professional and supportive during our flat purchase. She helped us remain calm and nothing was ever too much for her. Ashley was friendly and recommended we take pictures/videos of the flat when we viewed it for the first time. He was a good laugh.

GoogleWhen me and my partner went to view the house we was greeted by the most friendly person , she gave us space to look around and answered any questions we asked. She also reassured us that any questions or problems we have we can email or call and she would answer and she did exactly that. Because this is our first house together you can imagine we had worries and within the space of 5 minutes she made us feel so comfortable and not worried at all, I hope everyone can have the experience we had !

DO NOT USE this letting agent. The house we rented was not cleaned properly and beneath the fridge was disgusting. When we moved out they found a spec of dust inside the window reveal and withheld money from our deposit. Absolute joke of a company. Edit-March 2025 So Pinewood have taken 18 months to respond and are now denying any involvement with my rental property. I shouldn’t be surprised by Typical amateur rip- off wankers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

GooglePinewood have been amazing throughout my tenancies with them - firstly, helping me get my first lease with them in difficult circumstances as I was looking to move from the south to the north of England. And now, after being told I have to vacate the property I'm in due to it being sold, they have been incredible in helping me find a new place in an extremely quick time and making a very stressful situation much easier to handle.

GoogleI have dealt with many agent’s buying and selling however it felt like they were bribed onto accepting an offer on a property and wasted my time, efforts and money. The excuse given was unacceptable and very disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided. I missed out on another property due to them taking so long. I understand 1 is a harsh score however they will not be compensating for my time or money wasted.

GoogleFantastic service from everyone at Pinewood Clowne. First saw my new home at the beginning of February and with their help I managed to complete the sale on March 26th, avoiding the stamp duty increase. Very helpful and professional throughout.
