We recently completed our house move and couldn't be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the Steve, Hannah, Terry and the team were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and any questions or concerns were dealt with quickly and professionally. The whole transaction moved along much faster than we expected less than 6 week from viewing to completion.The team kept us updated every step of the way, making what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Their knowledge, dedication, and commitment to providing excellent customer service really stood out. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt supported from our first viewing right through to completion. We are absolutely delighted with our new home and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Juliette was a pleasure to deal with in helping me find my first flat. Whilst on a viewing she asked lots of questions on what I was looking for and managed to arrange a viewing on the spot for another flat straight afterwards that matched my requirements that I had not found elsewhere. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and so speedy! I would highly recommend Your Move and in particular Juliette. I also spoke with several others in the office, including James who was also really helpful!

If I could leave no stars I would. Both for this estate agents and it's staff member Sam. I viewed a bungalow and put an offer in but no-one told me weather my offer was accepted. When I did find out that my offer was accepted, at least two weeks or more later it was too late and I was told a higher offer had been accepted. Throughly disgusted with the way I was treated.

Being an international nurse, I've found Your Move Estate to be one of the best services in margate so far. JULIETTE the manager was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk.
