Fine & Country's marketing is of an excellent standard - I would highly recommend it. We sold and purchased through the same agent; Their communication is fantastic and both Marie and Jonathon were happy to respond at anytime.

Jonathan was very pleasant and reliable. He introduced good buyers for the property (in a joint agency arrangement) and kept the transaction running smoothly from his end. I recommend his services to sellers looking for an agent.

We had a great experience buying our dream home with Marie! When viewing the house she was very knowledgeable and friendly, providing all the information we needed, but also gave us the freedom to explore by ourselves which allowed us to fall in love with the house in a relaxed, pressure-free environment. After viewing the house she made herself available for further questions and conversation and went above and beyond assisting us in any way we needed to help us secure our dream home. Once we had our offer accepted, she made the solicitor process so easy! She was brilliant at communicating with all of the solicitors and other estat agents in the entire chain and always kept us fully informed. We wish all estate agents were like Marie!

Mark Saville has singlehandedly restored my faith in estate agents. We had a truly terrible experience with another agency before we listed with Fine and Country, and so we were very sceptical but Mark has gone above and beyond in every situation and has really been a credit to the firm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him! Thank you F&C for selling our home in what is a very tricky market right now.

Mark from the St Albans branch was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, calm and always contactable. Despite a small hiccup in the process he never put pressure on us or spun us any lines. He was honest, fair and I would definitely both recommend him and use him again. Thank you for making what can be a hideously stressful thing be so easy and transparent.

Marie Fritz has more than exceeded our expectations as our agent during a convoluted sale and purchase. Personable and efficient, she has kept us fully in touch with developments and has gone out of her way to try to unravel the challenges of our lengthy chain. Throughout she has done all that she could have done to ensure that our interests were protected. I would very happily recommend her.

Fine and Country acted for the recent sale of our house and they did a fantastic job. They were diligent, caring and went well above the norm in their quality of service. Mark Saville in particular handled much of the work for the sale, but the whole team are to be commended for their excellent attitude and handling of the sale.
