Jonathan has exceptional knowledge of the local market and a strong network of genuinely motivated buyers looking for their dream homes. Throughout the sale process, he was incredibly proactive, consistently pushing things forward and keeping momentum, which was especially valuable given some challenges with solicitors and our buyers' chain. He is also a fantastic communicator: always available, responsive, friendly, and highly responsible. You always feel that everything is under control when Jonathan is involved. We just wanted to let you know how fabulous one of your agents is, Jonathan Lloyd-Ham. The sale of our property, Apple Tree Lodge in Maidford, Towcester completed last week which Jonathan managed. From the very first moment we spoke to Jonathan for getting a valuation, all the way through to completion day, his level of service and professionalism has not just been good but outstanding. It is rare to find someone these days with the clear level of passion and enthusiasm for their job that Jonathan has unwaveringly shown. There is a saying that it is not what someone says or does but how they make you feel that you remember - we feel like we had a friend who we trusted and who supported us throughout, with nothing being too much trouble. The key though to this was it was clear he was doing it out of genuine love for his job and compassion for his clients, rather than chasing a target. I am assuming in this industry sale targets are a primary focus, but often at the detriment of losing compassion. Johnathan has not lost this and should be the leading example for the estate agent culture. Our hope with this review is that you run some form of reward and recognition, and again not just base this on target achievement but value and recognise the approach and professionalism of your agents who go above and beyond, not just their outcomes. Marie Fritz has been amazing from Day one. She helped us present our home in the best possible light both for the marketing photos and when having potential buyers view the property. She was always the one showing buyers around and selling the benefits of our home. When it came to negotiating, thats when Marie really proved value for money. She understood the drivers of all our buyers, and negotiated the best possible deal for both parties. We are in the process of moving house, and Marie Fritz is the estate agent of the house we are purchasing. It's been such a smooth process so far, Marie keeps us regularly updated and chases things along when other agents in the chain aren't being as proactive. Arranging viewings of the property are done efficiently, any questions I have are answered promptly and Marie has taken the stress out of the moving house process. Organised a viewing as an open day for this coming Saturday. Told under no circumstances viewing allowed before. Was emailed 2 days before to say viewing for the open day cancelled due to vendor accepting a viewing and an offer accepted. You understand why estate agents have a bad name. Shouldn’t have allowed this to happen everyone should be given a fair chance We were in a position to offer and move. Disgraceful on estate agent and vendor Appalling under handed Also emailed day before we were to view after cancellation to remind us to keep the appointment. Insult to injury Style above substance Rubbish I spoke to the vendor on the Friday before our open house appointment was supposed to go ahead I told her that you’d emailed us to cancel then to put salt in the wound emailed us to not forget the appointment she said she’d been advised to cancel the open day by yourself. We were willing to give well above the asking price and it a position to proceed but not given the opportunity She’d showed the interested parties and I state parties as it was more than one viewing organised before the open due to no one being available from F&C so this was not her doing at all. If I could give a Zero star I would have. I own a grade 2 listed building which I am looking to sell. Dec 2nd 2024 I phoned to book a valuation. I was told everyone was busy and I would get a call back. 5 weeks passed and no one called me back. Now perhaps I got lost in the system? However all my details were found and I was promised a phone call as everyone was again busy. 3 weeks later still no phone call????? Aren't estate agents in the profession of selling houses!!!!! Go elsewhere..........
