GoogleI recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley of Turners Estate Agents. What made him stand out from all other local firms was not just his competitive, transparent, and all-inclusive pricing, but his professional and friendly approach to dealing with my enquiry and sale of our house. I will say straight off the bat that we didn't proceed with listing our house due to the current increase in mortgage rates, but that aside, Ashley worked extremely hard on our sale; after coming round to meet with me and get a feel for the property as well as measure up, he arranged for his photographer and floor-plan designer to come round the very next day to seamlessly and conveniently progress the sale and get our property on the market as soon as possible. What makes the service I receive worth a 5* review despite not actually progressing with our sale was the fact that Ashley never pressured us and took a relaxed and friendly approach to dealing with our sale, I had no reservations to call him up and explain that (despite all his hard work) we wouldn't be progressing with our sale. Ashley dealt with this professionaly with ufull understanding and not once did he pressure us or try to push ahead with the sale anyway, and for that reason I have kept his details and will definitely be going back to him in a few years when we are ready to sell. Based on this experience I would recommend using Turners and like I said, we look forward to dealing with Ashley in the future.

FacebookOur house move took just over a year due to chain break downs, I think if it wasn’t for Ash being there the whole way holding our hands and reminding us we will get there I don’t think we would be in our dream house now. Having that one person to contact means you don’t have to keep explaining yourself, Ash understood what we was going through the whole time and in my opinion went above and beyond to get us where we are. Hand on heart I promise you if you go with Turners you will be looked after throughout one of the most stressful times. I wish them all the growth and success moving forward.
