Ashley at Turners Estates has been incredible! A joy to deal with, clear communication, kept us calm and reassured us when things were tense and most importantly got things done and over the line when it mattered. As with many sale processes we hit several bumps in the chain and it felt like Ashley was the one pulling the whole chain together and orchestrating action to move things forward... He was genuinely superb! Both myself and my partner have crazy jobs so Turners were able to work around this and even communicated outside conventional office hours or by text when we needed that flexibilty. If we ever sell (which I hope we wont!) I will certainly trust Ashley above all overs to get the job done. Thankyou Ashley and Turners. J and T

Me and Tom bought our first home with Turners at the end of 2025. We had previously had an extremely stressful and chaotic experience with buying, until we met Ashley! We had to start again, and Ashley made the whole process what it should be - fun, exciting and a bit less stressful!😂 We found our dream home and Ashley was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. If we ever move again we will be using Turners! From start to finish, he was professional, proactive and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best outcome for our family. Having viewed many houses with other estates agents we always knew just how on the ball Ashley was compared to others around. From viewing houses with him to him valuing ours & selling it within a few days the communication throughout & honesty in regards to every aspect was top notch. I cannot recommend or thank Ashley too much for the work he has done in my recent house selling/buying process. As we all know selling a house is up there with one of the most stressful times anyone can go through….however! From our very first phone call months before we actually went on the market Ashley was positive and very enthusiastic about the potential sale of our property which made my mind up that he was the guy to do so. Having Ashley from Turners sell our house was fantastic. He is so friendly and makes you feel at ease in a stressful time. Ashley has made an extremely challenging conveyancing situation relating to the purchase of our lovely new home a bearable experience because of his constant and regular communications with Andrew and myself , solicitors, management companies, freeholders, to keep us updated. When an unforeseen curve ball occured in May relating to the lease of our new home, Ashley was as dismayed and frustrated as us as we thought our completion date was within reach at the end of May. Suffice to say we all navigated round this issue, albeit with an extra large expense to extend the lease. There were many times when we could not envisage ever moving into our new home, but "Mr Positive" went above and beyond the role of an estate agent and kept our morale going until we finally completed on August 26th...7 months after first having our offer accepted on the flat. The sale of our house was seamless, again due to efficient and regular attention to the process of Ashley whose interaction without the solicitors was exemplary. If you are in need of an honest and hardworking estate agent, who has your very best interests at heart....look no further!
