GoogleHaving been searching for a house in Bristol for over a year, I have seen many many houses with all of the local agents. Richard Harding stood out on every visit. Every single member of staff has been so incredibly professional, efficient and kind. All very ‘un estate agent reputation’ types of people. Every single member of staff worked hard to meet my needs with viewings at difficult times, or changing my needs. Nobody ever displayed irritation with my demands. I know I have not been an easy client! Thank you so much to the incredible team. If anyone is thinking of selling or buying, I cannot recommend this agent enough. They really are miles ahead of all of the rest, it is a totally different personalised service! So much so, we are looking forward to inviting the whole office to a drinks party at the house we bought from them.

GoogleI have used Richard Harding Estate Agents on a number of occasions. My recent experience of selling a property was absolutely excellent. They are an extremely professional company with extensive knowledge of the property market. I cannot fault the service provided. From start to finish they kept me up to date with developments. I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Sharland. He is superb. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. I think they go above and beyond to deliver a first class service.

He was brilliant in supporting us through a prolonged house sale partly due to Covid-19, and it was his professionalism, dedication and positive attitude that we finally sailed through the challenging process. GoogleExcellent service! I cannot recommend highly enough. I had my property on the market for about six months with another estate agent and had no success, barely any viewings in fact. A friend recommended Richard Harding to me, in particular Mr Ben Woolhams. I made the decision to handover the job to them and immediately noticed the difference in attitude and determination which was refreshing! I was given advice to stage the flat and within a week there was huge interest, multiple offers made and we had completed in no time. I was especially grateful to Ben, who had gone above and beyond to help me out as I was not living in Bristol at the time . He and his team acted with real professionalism. And I would recommend to anyone looking to sell their property to use Richard Harding.

GoogleMy husband and I viewed a number of houses with Richard Harding estate agents. I found the communication around booking viewings and making an offer was excellent. In particular when making a best and final offer, we were provided with clear deadlines and instructions, which made the stressful process easy to manage. For each viewing the agents were impeccable and extremely knowledgeable about the property, answering every question we had. What I truly liked was the fact that you were not rushed in a property viewing, you had the time to really look at the property and decide whether or not it was for you, which is imperative especially when trying to purchase a property in a highly competitive market place. In my opinion Richard Harding is unrivalled in the Bristol area.
