The team helped me sell two flats in Redland - both sales had their issues but the team at Elephant were the most efficient and effective people to deal with throughout the whole process. Had my heart set on a property which I lost out on due to their practice of best and final offer. Kitty who was very responsive in answering my questions and arranging a viewing, assured me I would be the first to view on the day of the viewing. However, after viewing the property and deciding on making an offer, I was told by the sales negotiator Ben that they would have to wait until everyone had chance to view and put forward their best and final offers out of fairness when really it was none other than an attempt to play one off against another so despite having been the first to view and being prepared to offer upto the full asking price, it didn't matter in the end as I discovered to my disappointment. Also when asked what the winning offer was, they declined to disclose. Had they been a bit more fair and transparent, I would have given them 5.
