Have been using BMH for property rental from 2001 until December 2023 when we sold the property. Can't speak highly enough of the excellent service provided by both rental and sales teams. Brilliant help, support and advice over the years. Nothing too much of a problem. Despite living 100+ miles away its been like having the great next-door neighbour, there to help with anything we needed. Always so kind and helpful. Thank you so much everyone.

Best thing i can say about this agency is they do have a good telephone manner. Trying to arrange a viewing they are not flexible around customers which obviously will make them loose good working tennants. Ive enquired about the property that said no pets as i have one. I was not even given an option, not bothered to even enquire for me to see if landlord would be flexible as i was willing to put deposit down there and then. Instead i was told to call back if the property is still up in 2 weeks!!! Clearly working people who has regular jobs and regular working hours are not aimed tenants for this agency.

I would highly recommend BMH estate agents. We recently sold my mother's flat when she moved into care and as we are not local they helped with issues that I would not normally expect an agent to do from finding us a firm to clear the furniture to assisting the buyer on several visits to the property. Always friendly and kept us informed of any issues. Our experience with BMH was excellent.

The worst estate agents i have every had the pleasure of dealing with. Heard the rumours about not getting deposits back but i would have serious concern about anyone getting theres back if you rent from them. 3monthly house checks to make sure the rented house is fine then when you move out they give you a list of issues.
