Out of the agents I have met with recently, my experience with Knightsbridge has been the best by far. Meeting Katie at a viewing was an absolute pleasure. She made me feel comfortable during the viewing and was really pleasant to talk to, in contrast with other agents I have encountered recently. Thank you Katie. Also, I'd like to add that Marnie has been extremely helpful on the admin.

Fantastic Service from them , Niamh especially Had some urgent paperwork needed from a Landlord which if we didn’t receive quickly would have caused a few issues Spoke to Niamh one of the property managers at the office and left it with her explaining I really needed it within 24hrs Went to grab a quick coffee and by the time I got back my vehicle Niamh had already contacted the landlord , explained everything and the paperwork had already been sent and was sitting in my inbox Wow :)

My first time viewing properties in Leicester, and the Knightsbridge team made it such an easy and positive process. I had viewed 5 properties in total, for both residential and investment options. I was travelling up from London so the team managed to get all viewings in One day. Megi took me around the properties and she was fantastic and very patient. She gave me space and time to view as I needed. She also recommended a chat with her colleague Glen. Glen was fantastic on the investment side, he helped paint a realistic picture, including figures and potential properties in the area. I didn’t need to book an appointment, he was happy to make time for me. Neither Megi or Glen put any pressure on me to make a decision. They were positive but realistic about the options. Would really recommend them.

As a renter, I'm so so happy with all the support and help our property manager Niamh has offered! Me and my partner were so nervous about moving into our new home, especially as it is rented, but Knightsbridge made it a breeze! We have just purchased a property through Knightsbridge estate agents and we are blown away with their professionalism and dedication to their customers. We dealt mainly with Glen and Sam. They were both very hands on with answering queries and making us feel at ease, especially during stressful times of the buying process. Sam called me on a fortnightly basis with updates on the progress of our sale and would also diaries future calls, so I always felt in the loop with what was going on. We were very close to the stamp duty holiday ending and Sam was exceptional at acting fast and chasing the right party to push through our sale in time. They also added a personal touch of a house warming present which was so personal and thoughtful ! I will certainly be recommending them to our all friends and family 😊

My partner and I had been searching for some time to buy our first house together. We had looked at many properties with various estate agents and when we find ones that we were interested in we had been too late to either view or put in an offer. However, with Knightsbridge at Clarendon Park, we were fortunate enough to be in contact with Jessica Reading. After assessing our needs, she was constantly informing us of properties as soon as they were in the market and on many occasions before then. She managed to get us early viewings on many occasions with the help of the really helpful viewing staff. We were nearly on the verge of getting our first property. We are now in the latter stages of buying a house but sadly via another estate agent. The service from Knightsbridge but in particular Jessica had been outstanding in terms of efficiency but also being very upfront with us and in tune with trying to genuinely help us to find the right property. If I look to sell my first in the future, Knightsbridge will definitely be the first agent that I would approach as I'm sure I would receive the same service as a seller as I did as a potential buyer. Would highly recommend Knightsbridge to sell your home, simple as that. They have just sold a house for us and they did everything they could to make the process easy and informative including a whatsapp group for them the keep you up to date and give feedback on viewings. The valuation was accurate and the house ended up selling for £12k more than another estate agent said would be the maximum we could achieve. Thank you to Mercedes for valuing and Jessica, Julie, Glen Claire and Greg the mortgage man for answering all of the many questions we had. Me and my wife bought a house via knightsbridge and found the service excellent. Sam was the agent and she gave us weekly updates and was always available when we called. She made us feel that this house was important to her to complete for us and the seller. We decided to go with Knightsbridge Estate Agents because we had been recommended and we were so glad we signed up with them. The service they give is excellent. Our move was a very messy move with a long chain that needed a lot of working. Our Sales Agent, Samantha Harris was amazing. She went above and beyond her job roll, not only with our sale but also with other buyers in the chain. She kept us updated at all times and when it was evident that the chain was breaking and it fell through she dealt with everyone with compassion and sorted out ways that we could still make our sale work.
