From that initial phone call, I knew I was in good hands! He secured us a viewing almost immediately, talked us through all of the relevant next steps and checked in with us daily to make sure that everything was running smoothly and to timelines. It has been smooth sailing and by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had with an estate agency. I put my late Mother’s home on the market in November 2022, just when the market collapsed. Bethany Fletcher was sales negotiator, she was always positive & polite. We had several offers which fell through, Bethany was straight back chasing up potential purchasers. With her advice we had some decorating done and new photos of the very long garden, within days I had 2 offers and a sale. Whilst the sale was going through we put our own home up for sale with Knightsbridge, Bethany being our sales negotiator for this property. We are now SSTC after a few month on the market, then with many viewings and a couple of low offers. Then we had 3 offers within 24 hours. Bethany spent hours talking to us and the prospective purchasers, advising us on best course to take. Bethany has been brilliant and all the team have always been great, polite, professional and friendly. Thanks Knightsbridge.

We had the loveliest experience last week with Knightsbridge whereby Beth rang us with a surprise piece of news - our cat, Mittens, had been found trying to get into our old house two years after going missing not long after Knightsbridge sold that house for us and we moved into a new one. Mittens ran away from the new house and was missing for over two years. We had given up hope. When Beth rang, we were on holiday in Corfu and not due back for a few days, so she was extraordinarily kind. She went to collect Mittens, managed to lure him into a cat basket and took him back to her house, where she cared for him as if he was her own. He even slept snuggled up beside her all night, every night!! We can't thank her enough. Beth went way over and above, and we are so grateful. Thanks to Beth's kindness and care, we have our beautiful boy back, which is something we never thought would happen. All our friends have said what an amazing estate agent Beth must be, and what a great team to have people like that. Thank you, Beth, and thank you Knightsbridge, from the Ridges and Mittens.

Further to my previous review, having now completed the purchase I would like to mention Jessica Reading. I would like to highlight her hard work, patience and dedication to us as a prospective client when we recently met and successfully viewed a property. This area of Leicester was new territory for myself and Beth had in-depth and honest knowledge and advice for the area we were considering. Time was not on our side in terms of availability to view properties and she skilfully only spoke and booked viewings that met our requirements. This in itself is a rare quality! We are truly thankful that we had the pleasure of meeting Beth and felt that during the initial negotiations nothing was too much trouble for her including weekend contact which for us was so helpful. They have responded quickly to queries even on a Sunday when I had to re-arrange a viewing at the last minute!
