I had a great relationship with Aspire who managed the rental of my flat in Clapham when I left the UK back in 2015. So it made sense to arrange the subsequent sale through them as well. I told them the time frame in which I wanted to sell (3 months) and they were able to secure a buyer within the first 2 weeks of the property going on the market. After that my sales agent always kept me updated on progress and followed up on any queries/ concerns that I had. I would certainly recommend Aspire Clapham Estate & Letting Agents for both types of property service.

After 2 weeks, jumping through every hoop it was put in front of us they have made my life a hell. Every-time we were ask to provide any requested details, references, proofs of income etc we did so and every-time we did we were asked for more which was not specified before... it seemed like they were throwing logs under our legs all the time Everything was meant to be set every time, and every-time we thought its over it wasn't, goodlord references, then guarantor then further changes in the contract....at all times we were made to believe it is all sorted and we need to fix a small glitch which was created "not by them, but by landlord or goodlord" at the end of the day they have messed up the process and landlord pulled the offer wasting 2 weeks of my life and leaving me hanging with booked removal services and internet engineer etcThank you Jacqueline...

To say that we had a stressful time selling our house is an understatement, but this was due to errors on the various solicitors' parts and at one point another estate agent not doing their job properly. However, Henry, Charlie and the Aspire Clapham team were fantastic! They were patient, knowledgeable and highly attentive throughout, helping to guide everyone in the right direction. Buying a house in the UK is never really a pleasant experience, so having the right estate agent is key. Christine was helpful, punctual, informative, professional, no-nonsense, supportive and a great communicator. Our sale didn't go smoothly thanks to elements outside our control (banks, lawyers, paperwork), but Christine was key to keeping things on track. She didn't complain in opening up as I bought a billion different trades people through prior to completion. She really went above and beyond of what is a fair expectation.
