Hi Xsara, its a shame to see that our team in Clacton have received a low star rating following your experience with them. We understand this review has been left due to the fact that you're going through the vacating sharer process and dissatisfactions been caused because we cannot release you from the tenancy until your co-tenant has been re-referenced with a guarantor in place to ensure they meet the affordability for the rent. We can appreciate why this may be frustrating for you however can assure you that we're working hard to offer assistance throughout this process and hope we can resolve this situation for you. Kind Regards, Leaders
