GoogleWe used Haart to sell a property which unfortunately took time due to current housing crisis. We agreed a selling fee on a much higher price than what we sold the property for, but the sellers fee did not reduce. Samantha Ramsey (move manager) was consistent and patient whilst the sale went through and communicated well with updates. Thank you.

GoogleMy mother had a recent negative experience with Haart. She was purchasing a property so unfortunately had no option but to deal with them. They were happy to get you to view and purchase a property through them but then customer service experience goes downhill. There were conditions to her offer on the property which were not relayed to the sellers and this was only realised on the 2nd viewing when discussed with the owners. They repeatedly chased and hassled her for completion details rather than communicating directly with solicitors, I can only assume they receive a bigger commission or bonus if completed within a set time frame. From our experience they are not trustworthy and remind me of call centre trying to do the hard sell.
