He was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Quietly confident he could handle our property, and he did just that. Not only did he find a great tenant virtually instantly but he handled everything for us from start to finish. The whole process was seamless. Morgan is an absolute credit to Bairstow Eves. I would like to thank Laura Baylis for her professionalism and for going the extra mile - or 2 - when helping to move in my new tenants. Everything seemed to be against us getting the tenants in on time as energy services failed and Ovo energy did its best to make what could have been a simple solution into a nightmare. Laura not only went out of her way to resolve the issues, keeping me up to date and reassuring the tenants, she stayed late at the office and came into the office on her day off when timing became critical. Laura is helpful and professional and I cannot praise her highly enough.

Poor quality viewings and service

The Clapham branch sales negotiator was late for the viewing and didn’t ask anyone from the office to notify us (15 minutes late). He had also double booked the appointment, the entire booking was a bit of a disorganised mess. There was a fair bit he wasn’t aware of and generally wasn’t that helpful. The specifications I gave weren’t followed in the viewings. I was ignored when asked if I wanted a broker and my contact information was shared when I had asked for it not to.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service, they come across very professional when they value the house, but once its on the market the staff are unhelpful and take days to answer emails. The details were incorrect online as it was put live without us agreeing the details, the pictures were awful and the one thing we did make them change. There has been no effort to sell the house, only having one viewer in two months. Only to find out that the contract is for 4 months too, devastated. Stay away from this company.
