We dealt with Jess Exley when looking for an apartment in tillermans Square. Jess made the viewing experience very easy and catered the viewing times to our working schedule. Jess also did everything that we asked when it came to enquiries and setting us up so that we had the best deal we could have and made things simple before handing us over to the building manager. Worst nightmare auction system they have so here is what happened:I registered for an auction property a week ago and then I called them to confirm I can bid for the auction, they told me to check on website if I am approved of auction I have checked it was approved, I contacted them multiple times to make sure I am part of auction, they told yes you are and finally before auction start time which was mentioned on the website called them again to confirm they said I have to send an email to confirm and they will send me the bidding over the email I was confused how is IT possible to do that. I missed this property to bid I would say worst system they have if you call no one knows about their own system, really disappointed as compared to others

We were very disappointed with Savills over the sale of our house - despite missing the sales target we were under pressure to accept an early offer - then, 3 months later Savills seemed to be supporting the buyer in reducing the price, asking us to reduce by nearly 70K for cosmetic refurbishment and pressurising is to compromise. The problem is plain, every £50,000 loss for us is only £500 for them and if they can flip a sale and save on all the visits it makes sense - for them.
We take great pride in providing an excellent service, to hear we have fallen short of your expectations is disappointing to say the least. We would like to follow up with you, please could you email socialmedia@savills.com so we can investigate this.

Having worked for several years in top hotels , the experience at The Market - Brighton had the same hospitality of a five star hotel. The service Ali provided was tremendous , guiding us to each step of the renting process and after giving support to any enquire. I booked a holiday let with a Savilles associate company and only did so as the Savilles logo on their website gave me confidence to book. However, the company is untrustworthy and wrongly take money from you. The company is morzine-immo.com and if you search their Google reviews (they don’t have any Trustpilot) you will see people referring to them as scammers etc. Savilles, please disassociate yourselves from unscrupulous companies such as these as they are damaging your good name and reputation.
