Allan and the Clyde team were fantastic. The marketing for our property was fabulous and truly sold our house. The team settled our nerves when the market slowed over the festivities, encouraging and reassuring us. Communication was amazing and contact was made almost daily. We rented a property with Clyde property Helensburg and from the outset it was scaling one obstacle or the other about mandatory insurance with the referencing property to them providing just a gas cooker for the new apartment after collecting 2months rent as deposit to their not responding to emails or using another unverified email to respond to or probably evade "sensitive" issues. They don't deserve even one star at all as they are so hard-hearted and all about their contract with the client without a recourse on how to balance the relationship with the paying tenant. I can't see how any tenant can last long in any of their properties with their current perspective on "how it should be" rather than "how it can be better"

I've been buying and selling flats in Glasgows West end for 31 years and have never encountered a more incompetent estate agency as clyde west end. They seem to fill their shop window with mannequins rather than skilled sales people. At the time of interviewing them I spoke to 2 of their landlords and reviewed their goid reviews which were obviously composed by one of their stupid poorly trained staff. Be careful with this office.

The reason for this review, please pay attention so that you don’t land yourself in this position, that we in right now, my baby father rented an inconvenience cube apartments which he has not even taken yet & also not signed an agreement to accommodate the apartment It's like a box flat kitchen, it's very tiny like a cartonbox, for £575 that’s separatesClyde property refuse to pay him all is full refund as it's right stated that they have sent the 575 to the property owner where is the justification they have not provided him. that policy stated that the property owner will be given the rent and thats criminal that’s not gonna be acceptable if we don’t receive all our money deposit £1150.00 & rent is 575 this situation: can land, in a court of law 🧏

Valued my property at low value. Discussed property value with allied Surveyors who came up with same value. Did ask alan from Clyde properties if he valued the property for tax reasons and he said yes. DONT USE value properties way less than what they are worth and hound you to sell

Called up regards a house in Anniesland with the price highlighted at 325K on the website, we were looking for the home report as part of our due diligence prior to a viewing. The very cheeky and unhelpful lady highlighted the price at 375k and said they were looking for 10-20% above the asking price, then asked if we could afford it, repeatedly asking the same question over and over again.Staff attitude is at best very poor, would I recommend this company, in a nutshell not even if they were the only company left in the world would I recommend or use them, with that attitude we took our business for buying and the selling of our current home elsewhere.

FacebookI would highly recommend Clyde Property to sell your home. The company were faultless. The initial meeting with Stuart Brown, who valued the house, right down to all the staff in the property shop couldn’t have been more professional and friendly. They gave me a realistic price and timescale for the sale. They showed prospective buyers round the house out of normal working hours and always gave me feedback after viewings. They also arranged the Home Report and a solicitor. The photos and video they took of the house showed the house to its best potential and the addition of social media marketing ensured maximum visibility. They also provided MyClyde system which I logged into as often as I wanted to check how many viewings were booked and the feedback potential buyers had given the company and details of conversations the staff had with me. Disgraceful, exploitative, shameless, greedy, unhelpful, rude - other than that I’m sure Clyde Property are great. After leaving us without heating for 10 months, refusing to make necessary repairs, and just generally being an unhelpful and shoddy organisation whose only function is to facilitate the movement of workers’ wages to parasitic landlords, they topped off this excellent service by falsely claiming that we ‘tampered’ with the boiler, and as such deducted £700 (plus more) from our deposit. The fact that we have never once touched the boiler is obviously immaterial. Google ‘Clyde Property reviews’ and ‘Living Rent Clyde Property’ if you need more information on this dire letting agents, including how they helped a landlord to raise a young family’s rent by 30% while refusing to fix the damp and sewage issues in their property.

My son was informed by clyde properties his flat he lived in for 4 years was being sold and he had to move out, We have just found out it is now back up for rent with an increase of £100 per month the letting agent is clyde propertys this is the thanks you get for being a good tenant and is against the law I will be taking this further absolutely scum of the earth
