Success in record time

HSC achieved an offer at full asking price just one day after taking on my rental flat which had previously been listed with another agent.. In the end, the flat went above asking price, almost 15% higher than the offer found by the first agent. The tenancy began 10 days after HSC took over. As an inexperienced landlord, I had many basic questions, all of which Angela Kelly answered promptly and thoroughly. Business was conducted mostly via email as I was abroad during this period but HSC handled the entire process very efficiently. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the agency highly.

Fabulous Service - they go above and beyond !!!

We have been using HSC as letting and management agent for the last 11 years for our various properties in Clerkenwell. As overseas landlords, quality and consistency of service and personnel are hugely important to us. HSC ticks these boxes. HSC provides an excellent letting service and clearly listens to its client's requirements and works very hard to find tenants who match them. They are efficient, professional and responsive. HSC also goes above and beyond in terms of providing sound advice and assistance which is extremely valuable to us given that we are thousands of miles away. We would recommend HSC to anyone who has properties in Clerkenwell (and frequently do!)

Made the process as painless as possible

Having lived in my flat near Holborn for some sixteen years, I was keen to ensure that it was let to a tenant who was likely to look after it as well as paying rent promptly etc. HSC took time to ensure that they understood what we wanted and that the eventual tenant had the best possible references. They helped us through the letting process and made sure it was as painless as possible. Highly recommended.

High quality agent with a personal touch

Have used HSC for 3 years with a number of tenants. They are professional, the tenants that they have found have been of good quality and in three years I have only had about one or two weeks when the flat had been vacant. Any issues or maintenance is handled speedily and at sensible costs.
