FacebookWe moved house recently for the first time in over 20 years and chose Perry Bishop as they were the only ones who kept in touch as promised. Once we had chosen a house we were looked after by their dedicated team who make sure you know what is happening. In particular Michelle Murphy was superb- she rang us every week without fail, answered all our questions and was our contact right up to completion. Having been concerned about the reputation of estate agents generally we would be happy to recommend Perry Bishop in Cirencester 100%.

FacebookLots of hiccups on the way having been gazumped (thought this wasn't meant to happen these days) at the last minute, and then having found a new property our buyer decided to pull out - after nearly 4 months! This of course was very frustrating as we had to start all over again. Finally a new buyer was found which enabled us to offer on a property. The full transaction was completed in just over 6 weeks and we would like to thank Michelle and her colleagues in the Sales Progression Team for their hard work.

Lucy and the team ensured I was kept fully informed and offered great aftercare when I had any queries after the exchange of contracts. Thanks to them the entire transaction took about 7weeks. They were great at taking any queries to the vender and made moving-in day a breeze. They really did take the stress out of buying. A big thank you- would highly recommend!

GoogleI was very impressed with TLC. From first meeting Tom, I found him to be very friendly and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the local housing market. Tom’s photographic abilities were excellent and I was really pleased with the standard of the photos used, they certainly enhanced the property. All house viewings were carried out very efficiently. Even though the sale of my house was straight forward, Tom always acted with professionalism and was very patient with my many telephone queries. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending TLC to anyone who is considering selling their house.
