We are just concluding the sale of our home near Cirencester which was handled by Hamptons. Like many homes in the Cotswolds ours was not easy to compare with others and it needed a certain added expertise to realise its full value. Whilst we all love our own homes once an agent has been appointed it is easy to get nervous that it just become another one on their books. It was clear from our initial meeting with James at Hamptons that there was real enthusiasm for our home as well as a realistic understanding as to the type of buyer it would appeal to. This view was shared in all of our conversations with the Cirencester team and we were very comfortable that a sale would be forthcoming. Just as important once the buyer was found there was a real hands on approach to get to exchange with liaison from Hamptons to all parties and us being updated on a regular basis. I have no hesitation in recommending Hamptons Cirencester

We were not particularly looking to move house but saw a place with potential via Hamptons website so arranged a viewing on a Saturday early September 2013. Loved it so arranged to meet Ian Street at our current house on the Monday morning. Before it had fully sunk in it's full steam ahead and early November we are in the new house and January 2014 accepted a great offer for ours. I have painted a very ordinary scene above but it was a complicated purchase that required perfect timing and a lot of help. Hamptons in Cirencester did a brilliant job not only on our purchase but on the sale of ours, it possibly wouldn't of happened without them. We would definitely recommend them!
