We are so pleased that we chose Hamptons in Cirencester to market our property. Having lived in the same house for over 30 years we approached the thought of selling with some trepidation. However, shortly after our phone call Ian arrived and put us at ease from the outset. He provided a realistic price guide based on thorough research of similar sold properties in the area. Once we were ready to sell, our property was on the market within a week and sold subject to contract within 5 weeks. Throughout the entire process Ian, Greg and the team were always available for advice and support and their professional and friendly approach ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible liaising with all parties and keeping us regularly informed through to completion. If we were to sell again we would be straight on the phone to Hamptons.

Hamptons was one of the few agents who appeared to have really listened to what we wanted. Hence most of the properties they sent were possibilities that met our criteria, whereas other agents appeared to just do blanket circulations of properties in which we had no interest. James Skinner kept us informed at all times. His communication was excellent and we really felt he was working with us. Nothing was too much bother and whenever I sent a query by email, it was answered promptly and effectively. Knowing that we had only had an opportunity to visit the house we were buying once, he even went round and measured the ceiling heights for us - now that's what I call personal service! On another occasion, Ian offered to ring the Council to see if he could accelerate a search that was holding things up. Nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly recommend Hamptons without hesitation and they would be our first choice of agent, were we to move again in the future - although we love the house that they found for us so much, that will be highly unlikely!
