Matthew Fuller was professional at every stage of the process and was very proactive in keeping us informed and keeping the sale procedure running smoothly with the purchaser and the solicitors. GoogleI cannot recommend Cain & Fuller highly enough. From the start Matthew was very helpful and knowledgeable. He clearly has a great deal of knowledge of the housing market in the Cirencester area and he was also able to recommend reliable local tradespeople when needed. Hugh was also very helpful in keeping in contact with the solicitors and pushing the process along. Both Matthew and Hugh stayed in regular contact to keep me updated with the progress of the sale. I would use Cain & Fuller again without hesitation. The best estate agent I’ve ever used.

And were incredibly helpful and communicative during the buying process, especially when our solicitor tended to go radio silent (as they do). Hugh was always able to get through and get us updates. GoogleI cannot begin to sing Cain & Fullers praises, quite simply, they are an independently family run estate agent within the heart of Cirencester and you literally see all different types of homes going for sale with them and I can see why. Mr Fuller came to our property, we had a good discussion about our property, with his expert advise and all the knowledge I just knew second time around we were in great hands. The entire team and in particular Hugh were amazing, from viewings, being flexible, being informative and just caring - it was a great experience. The customer service throughout the last couple of months in particular due to extremely difficult solicitors and issues that came to light we’re not too much for Hugh and his team and they got stuck in in order to help along the process to completion. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough and really hope that others do choose them. Many thanks guys.

No matter what time he was there to help and very approachable, Mark would give us updates on every stage what was happening. Which was great so we all knew what was going on. We would highly recommend using this estate agent

GoogleMy experience with Cain & Fuller - particularly Hugh was exceptional, due to not living anywhere near the house I was selling, Cain and Fuller were easily contactable on the phone and if they weren’t in the office when I called, they would always call me upon their return. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cain and fuller for either buying or selling a property.

GoogleI have only purchased one property through Cain & Fuller in 2012, but sold many since. Just this year he sold 3 of my properties in just a couple of weeks. There is no other Estate Agent in this town like Matthew Fuller/Cain & Fuller. He is very professional, full of energy and enthusiasm and will get your property sold! I always have great communication with Matthew and customer service is second to none. Some of the negative reviews on here seem not very fair, perhaps a few sour individuals because they didn't have the chance to view/buy (first come first serve). Furthermore, don't phone your estate agent if you need an update on legal matters. Phone your solicitor! I have dealt with many of the other agents in town, who from my experience have been slow, disinterested and generally quite lame. Not all, but most. I will always stick with Mathew to sell my properties. Well done Matt, keep it up!

GoogleWe had a very good experience with Cain and Fuller in Cirencester for the successful sale of our parents house. Matthew was knowledgeable , friendly and approachable. any queries that we had were answered promptly and efficiently. It was a difficult time especially as the pandemic took hold but Matthew and his staff were professional and kept us up to date. We received excellent service right up to the exchange and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleHaving dealt with this agent for sometime I can honestly say that these must be the best agents in Cirencester. From start to finish they were always helpful and informative and most importantly empathetic.and they never got tired of my incessant ringing! They have been unusually patient. They took notice of my requests and this being a niche property it would only attract a certain clientele, again this was taken on board so no time was wasted showing unlikely clients around. They were also very helpful in helping me to find somewhere to move to. Also, and again always available on the other end of the phone and if I left a message always came back before close of play for the day, which in my experience is quite rare. I have had dealings with other agents in this area and not one could match Caine and Fuller, some were just uninterested. Lastly the gentlemen in the office are absolutely delightful, nothing was ever too much trouble.
