GoogleSold my house through Durbins in Tonteg. Karen and Matthew are absolutely out of this world, a very difficult for sale was made easy by these two people. I can highly recommend this estate agent and these two people if you are looking to sell your house.

GooglePlease if your looking to buy a property look elsewhere. I have just wasted 3 months of my time and have nearly lost the sale of my property due to initial poor information from this estate agents. Admittingly not all due to Durbins and partly because I did not ask the right questions at the start. I would like to think when selling a property however that any agent would get the relevant information before marketing. Has any extension got building consent, has any electrical work got the right safety certificates, any gas work got the right safety certification. But no not the case in my experience here. The property potentially sold to me by this agents had none of the above. It is a probate property and as such may not have any of the above but I could have been made aware of this prior to offeringon this property by Durbins rather than waiting for all the enquiries to come back without responses and being told sold as seen. A comment Mathew the agent for durbins reiterated to me today in that all properties are sold as seen. Yes they are, but they should also comply with law i.e Building regs, gas safe regs and electrical regs. Where they don't comply or it can not be established that they do because of death then I would expect any estate agent to be upfront with this from the off! My advice stay away from these or go armed with every scenario from the off or you will waste your time too!

Hi Jack, we're very sorry that you missed out on a property on this occasion, unfortunately the market is very busy at the moment and we are required to act on the vendor's wishes when accepting offers. We wish you the best of luck in your property search.
