Sophie helped us with the sale of our first house. She was incredibly knowledgeable, always ready to offer advice and answer any questions we had. Made the the whole thing from start to finish stress free and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible for us. She was helpful and efficient, keeping us updated at every step and ensuring everything stayed on track. Provided great recommendations for which solicitors and surveyors were best. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent and would highly recommend Sophie to anyone looking to buy or sell!

After viewing several properties in St Neots with various estate agents, Noonan Residential stood out as the best by far. While other agents were nice, none compared to how personable and transparent this team has been. ​The application moved incredibly quickly, and we found them to be completely honest throughout the process. We began our journey in our new flat with Ellie who showed us around our new home and was incredibly responsive and personable throughout the time she was at Noonan. When we were passed over to new recruits Laura and Zoe, both were so friendly and knowledgeable our experience with the agency just got better and better. Any issues we had; quickly resolved. Any queries we raised: we received a response so quickly. We particularly appreciate the very lovely phone call from Caroline re: our Tortoise Adoption! We decided to progress with the sale of our house with Noonan’s as a result of the experience we had as a buyer. We were so impressed with the level of customer service, engagement and overall positive support that we just had to have the Noonan team sell our house. The whole process of selling the house worked like a dream. The team tailored the approach to our needs and we quickly established a very slick approach where we sold the house following a single open day attended by 17 different groups. When we had issues with our purchase, Caroline was amazing. Somehow she held the chain together over a period of over 10 months ! She kept all members of the chain informed at all stages, and put herself on the line with a series of what can only be described as ‘difficult discussions’ via video call and in person. At all times we felt that Caroline was on our side and was doing everything in her power to support us. The use of Whatsapp hugely improved our experience, and we were quickly and efficiently informed of developments. We would thoroughly endorse the Noonan team and are very pleased to have used them as our agents.

I needed to move ASAP, as my tenancy was up at short notice. Thanks Caroline. Edit of review as only asked when moving into property. Make sure you record any issues found at property. Warned about 2 issues when shown the property, when leaving property charged for them issues from deposit.

Unprofessional staff do not know how to conduct themselves nor they know how to communicate with tenants just appalling. Joanne Noonan and the team should be ashamed of themselves for the way they have treated a NHS staff (my partner) who works very long hours and have being doing so throughout this pandemic. Everybody is trying to work hard and more hours to get by in these current nationwide circumstances with prices raising. Extorting more money out of us is just unacceptable. All they care about is money. Total disgrace! Beware they do not care about the tenants once they've let the property out. they give all their attention to sellers buyers and landlords ONLY. Why? Because there is money to be made profit profit profit thats all they care about. Landlord decided to sell the property fair enough but Caroline McAlynn thought it was appropriate to book a viewing for 7:45 AM well it's not an acceptable time for a viewing when your own office is not even open. Noonan never even attempted to assist us in search for another property their were quite happy to see a family of four with two young kids on the street. The rent was always paid on time no issues for over three years just dreadful. We have now vacate the property and have received the inventory, because they could not find anything significantly wrong with the property they have now made up this bogus issues with the carpet and wardrobe. the property was inspected by laura she didn't even bothered to inspect the property whilst we were present she was more concerned about the meter reading even though on our inventory there's no sign of meter reading from the previous tenant. Laura carried out the inspection of the property once we had left. She had to zoom in to take a picture of a minuscule chip on the wardrobe and on the carpet how pathetic is that? just so they can deduct money off the deposit. as i said previously all they care about is money money money. we had a leak and mould issue in the lounge which cause damaged to the carpet they never bothered to resolve it after we reported it. but you think its reasonable to charge us for a minuscules issue on the carpet and wardrobe? Perhaps is time for Joanne Noonan to retrain her staff or simply cease business. Warning to any potential tenants they will rip you off just so they can keep your deposit.
