Ben arrived having prior knowledge of the area my flat was for sale in, didn’t blind me with jargon and was realistic and honest. I knew immediately I’d be in safe hands. For the initial quotation Ben had done lots of research in terms of my property and also the surrounding area which was really refreshing to hear someone has actually done some research.
