The actual sale of the property was straight forward and they were paid promptly however trying to get my promised cashback was like getting blood from a stone.Had to go to their office and refuse to leave untill it was sorted in order to get resolution.

Avoid the Rawtenstall Branch like the plague. Both Sales and Lettings staff are incompetent liars. The stress and losses we have incurred are off the charts. Would be minus stars if that was an option.

Do not use this company and especially do not pay any deposits if you have pets to have your house cleaned and the end. They will rip you off trust me I have just fell victim to them.
