We had one or two earlier issues trying to get the fuse cupboard in our house fixed, but I don't think Reeds Rains can really be blamed for those - the lettings team by and large were easy to reach and did make an effort to reach out to us to check our issues were resolved. Unfortunately, it did take a fair few calls to finally get the cupboard fixed, as there seemed to be a lapse in communication somewhere between ourselves, Reeds Rains and the individual they were asking to come and carry out the repairs.Overall, good service, helpful staff, just requiring an occasional chase-up

I've just got my new property through reeds rains and they are absolutely amazing dealt with everything I needed there and then. Hayley Hughes and the Reeds Rains team at the St. Helens branch have been superb in helping me to sort out a rental property I have in the St. Helens area. After being messed around by a tennant and an 'unhelpful letting agent in the local area' I can't believe how much their professionalism has put another local letting agent to shame. I wish I'd been with them years ago, and would urge serious landlords to stop wasting time and money on other letting agents. Although landlords may consider the costs to be slightly higher and think they are saving money in my opinion, Reeds Rains offer great value for money, also, their insurance cover for landlords including legal cover by arc legal has saved me a lot of hassle, and been very helpful in responding and recovering money owed, again, very well worth the initial amount paid!by going to lesser letting agents EXCELLENT.

Gemma Wayman took over the letting process for me on my property in Durham. From our first conversation it was clear to me that Gemma’s enthusiasm and knowledge of letting properties was going to be the right fit for managing my property. She had everything covered from day 1. She had a friendly style and professional attitude that meant the property was let out in 2 days after being on the market. Steve, Andrea & Jessica at Reed Rains' Stockton-on- Tees, were most helpful throughout all the months they acted for us in the sale of a property which was part of an Estate for which we were The Executors. Neither of us lived in that area & we had never even visited the property! At all times they were courteous, very efficient, understanding & supportive. Having been a landlord and using Reeds Rains for 8 years, their service is now at an all time low. My tenants have paid their rent to RR but RR still have 2 months in their account and not mine. They have failed to provide legal documentation as required and really don’t care. Consider using a better agent!

Trying to sell a house has been difficult. Staff telling me that something is a legal requirement, when it is a company policy. Staff do not want to discuss your concerns and the it is nothing to do with me, it is the managers decision, syndrome prevails. Very disappointing.
