This Is NOT How You Do Business....

This Is NOT How You Do Business....They Do Not Pay People Who Work On Their Behalf.My Company cleaned several house at the request of Keenans. If they did pay it had to be chased and chased. We completed a £300.00 clean on an absolutely filthy property, again at the request of Keenans, we provided before and after photos and they still have not paid us, they refuse to return our calls and emails, I even contacted one of the Directors, still nothing. Never would i recommend a company that does not pay what it owes people. That is not how business should treat anyone.

Thanks for you help Lucie!

My wife and I live 250 miles from the property we rent out through Keenans. We both work full-time. The last 6 months has been quite frenetic from a landlord perspective as there have been a number of dynamic challenges that have presented themselves for us to navigate. We simply don’t have the capacity to deal with them ourselves and Lucie at Keenans has managed our property, the challenges that have been presented and kept us informed of the process and next-steps along the way. We used the Accrington branch to sell my Father's property. We had an entitled time waster make an offer. Even though she was told by her mortgage provider the property was worth the amount offered, she wanted to send various builders round to establish the costs to make the amendments she wanted. She didn't send them all round in one week, it went on for weeks and refused to progress the sale with a solicitor. We asked Lorraine to put the property back on the market and she did. The buyer then stormed in to the branch and demanded that the property was taken off the market. This was done so without our consent. We would not have agreed. Perhaps some of the team are a little inexperienced. Lorraine's experience shone through, always pleasant, knowledgeable and her customer service was excellent and professional. The 5 stars are down to Lorraine.

Kieran Beech Sales Progression Team

Kieran Beech from the sales progression team has now dealt with 2 properties I have purchased over the last 3 months in the Blackburn & Darwen area. Fabulous standards of communication and customer service. Constant phone calls to provide updates and reassurance. He has done a great job liaising with the mortgage advisor and solicitor for updates and also helped with a tricky tenant. Highly recommend asking for him if you're in the process of purchasing a property with Keenans as you'll have your purchase handled well.

I had a rental property with Keenans and had to evict the tenant. Patrick Jones was the person that helped me deal with this i could not of done this with out his help. He took over and sorted every thing out for me with out his help i would not of been able to deal with it. Racist when picking buyers for vendors

Racist when picking buyers. They pick the white man over a coloured man. Gave an offer higher than the other buyer and apparently vendor is happy with other person. Absolute lies. Rang multiple each time increasing offer. Even when offer was higher they didn't accept. We should not be giving this estate agents business. It's clearly for white people. Blackburn branch is terrible. Manager Jonathan a total fool. We know how estar agents work, you aren't fooling anyone. Going against legal laws. Will be taking further action. Enough is enough.

I wish I could give zero. I have made numerous attempts to view houses, and Keenans cancel almost all. I even put in my last request to view a property that they would cancel. When they phoned to to view the property, they laughed about my comment. Guess what - THEY CANCELLED.
