GoogleI've dealt with many letting and estate agents across London, but Fine and Country Chiswick takes incompetence, aggression, and outright bullying to a new level. They didn’t just fail to deliver, they made the process genuinely distressing. They either didn't understand or deliberately misrepresented the difference between a sub-sale and a contract re-assignment, pushing the wrong approach and even clashing with our solicitors to defend their incorrect interpretation. It took our solicitors stepping in to unravel the truth before they reluctantly backed down.
And then there was Dan. His handling was nothing short of manipulative. He’d send an email at 9am demanding a commitment, only to follow up mid-afternoon with another email "confirming our lack of interest", a blatant attempt to pressure and corner us. This unprofessional and combative behaviour made dealing with them an absolute nightmare. I would avoid Fine and Country Chiswick at all costs unless there are no other options. Working with them was an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
