Daniel and his team took over the sale of our property from another agent and within 8 days we accepted an offer (asking price). Following on from being under offer, Alice has spent hours and hours updating us on every step of the sale. We have not had to chase them for anything, as they have been absolutely amazing. I have already passed on Daniel’s details to a few friends, looking to sell soon. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste your time with the other, bigger agents. They are a small team and incredibly dedicated. Thank you for everything Daniel & the team.

Daniel and his team delivered exactly as they set out from the start - particularly impressive as they took over from another agent who had not done so. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly, they understood that the vendor is their client. The post-sale agreed service was outstanding. Their dedicated team liaised proactively with the buyer, solicitors, and surveyors. This was an element of the process we had perhaps underestimated. Having that support made the final stages far smoother than they might otherwise have been. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fine & Country Chiswick/Ealing.

We were looking to purchase a new home in time for our daughter’s secondary school application, so we were working against a tight deadline. When we found a beautiful property within the school catchment, Daniel immediately stepped in with incredible support. From the moment we expressed our interest, he guided us clearly through the process and gave us confidence at every stage. There were several points where we feared the purchase might fall through due to complications on the seller’s side and their onward chain. Throughout this rollercoaster journey, both Alice and Daniel remained consistently proactive, calm and reassuring. Their communication with us and with the seller was excellent, and they worked tirelessly to negotiate an exchange and completion date that ensured we moved in on time for the school deadline. Buying a home can be extremely stressful, but Daniel and Alice genuinely held our hands from start to finish. Their dedication, professionalism and empathy made an enormous difference. We have purchased multiple homes over the years, but we have never experienced an estate agency team so attentive, supportive and truly on our side. I sold my house recently though Fine&Country. The choice of the agent was based on “unscientific” findings. And I struck the gold. From the very beginning the speed of the process was really impressive- after 4 days on the market- open day; a week afterwards- several offers, all over the asking price. I can only try to imagine the amount of work which Daniel and Sara (with the help of Andrew) have to do to achieved it. As for the legal part of the sale, often more complex and long, Alice was incredibly. Pushing things forward with solicitors, not allowing them to forget the case, keeping me informed every day. Communication next to none. She is real “Pearl in the Crown “ of Daniel’s team. I had great experience working with them. Professional, efficient, hard working people. At the same time very supportive and genuinely friendly. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness! Daniel, Andrew, Laura and Alice were such a good team. They achieved the asking price for my house immediately -- even before it was put on Rightmove, and this put me in a strong position to make an offer on the house I wanted to move to. I was really impressed with the after-offer service provided by Alice, who communicated with those of us involved all the time. It used to be that the estate agent did next to nothing after an offer was accepted, but this has not been my experience with the team at F&C Chiswick. Would really recommend the team to anyone wanting to sell in Ealing or Chiswick.

Laura showed me several properties this year and found the 1 we now call home! She is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. It is a family run business and so not only are the other folk just as good, the communication between everyone is fab! We worked with Fine and Country when purchasing our first home and they were fantastic. We had a couple of hurdles and delays during the conveyancing and legal process but F&C were excellent at continuing to push things along and get us to an eventual completion date. We would give a particular mention to Vito Szoma, who was incredible at introducing us to our new home and who was really helpful, clear and thorough with any questions we had during that stage, and to Alice Madden, who was extremely diligent, proactive and communicative throughout the process. Fine and Country were the estate agents who sold us our house in Ealing. I can't speak highly enough of them: they're a family business, and it shows in the way they look after people. They made everything completely clear and straightforward, ensured that the terms were fair both to the sellers and to us, and did everything to move the process along both before and after we exchanged. They put us in touch with excellent surveyors and other experts, and supported us through the complications of being part of a long chain. I have just exchanged on my four bedroom apartment in Chswick. The Chiswick branch on Turnham Green Terrace managed the sale process. My place is post-industrial and not really family orientated so I needed an agency who could bring non-trditional buyers.
