GoogleWe stayed at Rondene for a long weekend and I couldn't rate it more highly. Everything from booking to arrival and checking out was so easy and couldn't have went more smoothly. The cottage is absolutely stunning, the views were breathtaking. And the pictures really don't do it justice. The hot tub was undercover which was fantastic, there was plenty of space for the 6 of us plus a dog which is quite rare usually. We'll definitely be back for another visit.

GoogleI can highly recommend this estate agent. As a parent of a son who is a 1st time buyer with special needs I have been more than impressed with there service. They have communicated with my son with patience, understanding and kindness. They are very efficient and have been persistent when needed. GoogleWe enjoyed a lovely stay at Rondene,this is a beautiful,comfortable home,with beautifull views across Malvern,, We all slept so well in all of the beds,mattresses & pillows really comfortable,we had everything in the house we needed,the kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment you would need for your self catering stay,,lots of family games & books available,the hot tub was one of the biggest we’ve ever used,comfortably fitted six of us in👍🏻,lovely to have the heater in there too when we got our & sat around the table briefly,,we were lucky with the weather & even managed to sit out on the heated patio area,,👍🏻 There are very steep steps down to the property,so not suitable for disabled people,but it does advice this in all the house info,, We did take extra towels for the hot tub,which was usefull & we bought more logs so that we capfuls enjoy the lovely log burner whilst we were there,but the owners had left us a few for our first night of comfort👍🏻,, We went to a lovely pub that we walked to about 1 1/2 miles away called The Wyche Inn,brilliant food & very good value for money,nice atmosphere 👍🏻 We also went to the lovely cafe up in the Malvern hills called the Kettle Sings,lovely coffee & cake👍🏻 We will definately be returning in the warmer weather to enjoy more of the outside space & BBQ area👍🏻& of course that lovely hot tub again,, Thankyou to Cheryl & Neil for letting us enjoy your lovely home! I think you’d thought of everything!! Thankyou for our super surprise on arrival too 😀👍🏻

GoogleI recently used farringtons to sell my property, one word sums up the sales team OUTSTANDING!!! The property sold within one week and at the beginning there where a couple of hic ups but this was soon resolved. At first kayliegh was my negotiator who was good but then Paige Allen took over the roll as my negotiator and i must say she was fantastic! Due to NO fault of there's it was a long process and not just for me but for the sales team as well and my hat goes of to Paige with the constant updates via email and phone calls i could'nt asked for a more dedicated person to deal with my sale. I had every confidence they will get it over the line for completion and they did. I would highly recommend this estate agent if you want to sell your property, the team are fantastic. GoogleVery happy with the service we got when buying a property with Farringtons. Paige our property manager was AMAZING and went well above and beyond on many occasions. Being first time buyers we had no clue how anything worked, but she always made sure to explain each step, and even offered us help with things way outside of her role (finding reliable local repairers etc). She was always available for a call, and quick to respond to our email enquiries, which made the process so much easier. Everyone in the department was always a pleasure to speak with and we would highly recommend them.

GoogleI rarely leave reviews but wanted to say how impressed I've been with Farringtons. My brother's currently trying to find a new home in tricky circumstances and Farringtons have been brilliant. Kayleigh showed us around some properties last week; she was friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. She listened carefully to our questions and was able to talk knowledgeably about the properties. As a firm, they seem truly committed to customer service. 😊

GoogleTenants Beware! I'm going to make this review as fair as possible, despite how angry I feel towards this company. I was renting a property for 8 years (with my husband), and in the 8th year, the tenancy was handed over to these guys. We found them fairly easy to communicate with, they dealt with problems reasonably, and generally improved the state of the property, which honestly lacked any real investment from the owner. Our inspections went well, we were told how nicely we had kept the property, and it seemed everything was chugging along nicely. Then comes to a pivotal point in our lives, when we were incredibly lucky to finally be able to buy a house, and notice was given to the letting agent. We cleaned the property thoroughly before leaving, and our final inspection was carried out - "all good" we thought. This was until we tried to retrieve our security deposit, only to find that the letting agent was disputing and trying to claim most of our money, despite the positive inspections, and complete lack of communication to suggest there were any problems. I'm going to cut a very long story short here, and just send out a warning to all tenants: Keep photos and records of everything, take disputes to the adjudicator if you think they are unfair - don't just let them take your money. They will try to claim your security deposit no matter how good a tenant you have been. I repeat - do not sit back and let this happen, this is what they are counting on!!!! Provide evidence, take your case to the adjudicator, and the adjudicator WILL make the right decision. We are left very angry, and disgusted, both towards the landlord and the letting agent, despite winning our case against them. We have paid someone else's mortgage for 8 years, and kept their property decent, and they have the audacity to try and take our money anyway. It tainted our experience of moving in to our beautiful new home, and for that, neither party will ever be forgiven. If this review makes just one other tenant believe they can stand up for themselves, it will make us very happy :)
