I was torn between which estate agents to use, but after meeting Paige and and talking through exactly how I want to sell my home I felt very confident that we would work well together,
Paige show cased my home on Rightmove which was very detailed and showed amazing selling features, the photos that she took showed everything perfect, if I asked anything or wanted to change anything nothing was too much trouble, I actually formed a very trustworthy and great relationship with Paige and from start to finish I felt at ease and not stressed at all, she gave me great advice as a first time seller and made my life easy,
Without a second thought if I were to sell again I would definitely use Farringtons and recommend them a million percent to anyone,
You will find a very hard working, trustworthy professional team as well as feeling confident in the process!!!

The whole team are warm and friendly, I use their cleaning services monthly and have been impressed with the high standard of work that is carried out, the house looks spotless. The team( and I have met them all now), are so friendly and professional , Bertie, my 5 year old Cavachon supervises their visits and loves the fuss that is made of him! He looks forward to their monthly visits as much as I do!!
Courtney in the office is also very professional and arranges my appointments, Courtney is very welcoming and approachable , nothing is too much trouble.

GoogleMy renting experience with Farrington’s was by far the easiest I’ve ever experienced. Natasha showed me around the property and was able to answer my questions, and entertain my mum whilst I looked around (no mean feat). Nicola, the agent for my enquiry and tenancy, was wonderful. She kept me updated, was easy to hold of when needed, her instructions and communications were always clear, and overall she was a pleasure to deal with.
When I picked up my keys, they gave me a bunch of flowers as a moving in gift, which is such a lovely touch, and they look fantastic in the new flat.
I feel so comfortable knowing Farrington’s will be managing the property throughout my tenancy, and can’t wait to get settled in.

GoogleWe used Farrington’s for the sale of our home and the house we are purchasing was also sold through them. I have to say, Paige and the team have gone above and beyond throughout. Paige took lots of time making sure the pictures of our property were top quality. They marketed our house really quickly for us and sold it quickly too! Throughout the whole process, they were in touch and updating us, right from our very first enquiries.
It wasn’t the smoothest process ever with some bumps in the road towards the end (through no fault of Farrington’s) and Paige was outstanding. As I mentioned, she went above and beyond to help us get over these hurdles and exchange. Her communication was brilliant and I just knew I could rely on her to be working hard each day to make sure everything progressed. A team that really care about their clients. GoogleWe used Farringtons to sell two properties. On the whole, we had excellent service. Nicola was very helpful, polite and professional in all respects, giving us clear and regular updates for the viewings and sales. However, when she moved departments we then felt as though there was a lack of consistency and that we had to prompt progress reports. I would not hesitate to recommend Farringtons but would hope that less experienced staff would have someone to oversee what they do and especially to check email communications which were often disappointing in terms of accuracy.
