I have had several recent viewings accompanied by Aysha from Chancellor's Chilling Norton. I would like to commend her on how helpful, informative and professional she has been at all times but also very warm and approachable and supportive in what is a hugely important decision for anyone. My search continues and if I have the pleasure of it being Aysha who shows me around other properties, I know I shall look forward to that. Viewing properties is a strange business and certainly not something we do every day, Aysha made the whole process very comfortable, relaxed and actually enjoyable so thank you to her and well done 🙏

Really happy with the service provided by Chancellors so far. Fern has been instrumental in helping us secure our dream home. Arranging a viewing was simple, it’s been fine getting through to someone at their office, and we’ve had quick responses to our queries. Fern has been friendly, helpful and responsive. We particularly appreciated her transparency in matters such as estate fees and local planning developments, and there were no annoying pushy sales tactics. We were informed quickly after making an offer (thank you Simon!), and next steps were explained. We feel all staff (and Fern in particular) genuinely cared about the success of our house purchase. Hopefully the final stages towards completion run just as smoothly.

My wife and I are looking for an investment property in Chipping Norton and the surrounding area for the last few months. I have seen several homes and been in close contact with Aysha from Chancellors. We reside in the Middle East, hence a lot of the work needed to be done online. Aysha has been extremely professional and outgoing! She answered all our questions in a timely manner and even went out of her way to provide us with video viewings of certain selected properties. Having travelled from the North to view properties in the Cotswolds with two estate agents, Aysha of Chancellors could not have been more helpful, personable and professional. Chancellors were solid throughout my first house purchase. The process is long and stressful by design (thanks, UK property market), but the team were responsive, communicative, and didn't do the thing where they ghost you for two weeks then act surprised you followed up. One specific thing that stood out: they marked the property as sold on all the portals as soon as my offer was accepted. Sounds minor, but I'd had another agent refuse to do this during a previous purchase attempt, which left the door open for competing offers. Chancellors just... did it, without being asked. That kind of small thing tells you a lot about how an agent actually operates. Would use them again. Genuinely.

We viewed a semi-detached barn conversion in Idbury and Julietta was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This was particularly evident with regard to the appliances etc in the property, a very high priority for my wife, and the problem with garden as the vendor had moved out. Gracy was really helpful and accomodating in our search. She gave us space to view the properties in our own time and without pressure, she went the extra mile to organize a second viewing at the last minute when we still in the area which helped us find the house we were looking for. Unfortunately there was some confusion between head office and the local office and the head office service was disappointing but Gracy managed to sort the issues out.
