We purchased our first property through Jackson-Stops. From start to finish they were amazing.Throughout the whole process they kept in contact with us either through email or telephone call. Keeping us up to date with updates from the seller or the solicitor. Even when we were waiting for long periods of time for information, they would keep us informed that they are doing all they can to keep the process moving.Once we completed and we went to pick up the keys, we were greeted with friendly and chatty employees who were really happy for us. They even gave us a bottle of champagne which was a really thoughtful touch. They even said if they ever needed us we could contact them which we felt reassured and felt like we had support even after completion.We will definitely go back to Jackson-Stops for future purchases.Thank you again!George and Olivia

I cannot fault the service provided by Chris Fairclough at Jackson-Stops Dorking and Mr King at the Reigate office. They dealt with the sale of our late Uncle's house in a compassionate and professional way. They gave sensible and accurate advice based on an excellent knowledge of the local area. They showed a genuine interest in the house which was a very much loved family home. Nothing was too much trouble for any members of staff. Viewings and offers were beyond our expectations. We have already recommended them and will continue to do so.

The best letting agency for Military!

I’ve lived in Newmarket for 4 years and the Jackson Stops Staff has been nothing short of amazing! Being Active Military you hear of the horror stories with letting agents and I have had zero issues. I deployed 3 times while here and each time Paula & Jodie stopped by my apartment, checked on it, adjusted the thermostat if needed & they checked on me as well. They really treat you like family. Even during my move out inspection I hired a bad cleaning company and they reported the company to base housing to help other service members not use them as well. They truly care & go above and beyond if I could have stayed 4 more years I would have stayed in my apartment! I’ll miss Peel House & The Jackson’s Stops Team in Newmarket. If your Active Duty & you want a smooth transition in and out I highly recommend this company! I’ve lived overseas for 10 years & i’ve never had a better experience than HERE!

Outstanding Service! We interviewed various local estate agents before choosing Jackson-Stops to manage the sale of our home. Rupert immediately demonstrated a professional approach and answered all of of our questions. His team were all involved in the the sales process and took time to visit our property, carefully listening to us and understanding the features of the home and how it formed part of the village in which we lived. This was important as they were charged with showing potential purchasers round and marketing our house. During the sale our chain presented various challenges but Rupert remained calm and ensured communication between all parties remained open and amicable. We expected a tight timescale to achieve completion and the Jackson Stops team worked hard to ensure we achieved this. Best in Mid Sussex!

Toby, Guy and Alice deserve every success. Selling houses is not easy but they really maintained positivity and creativity throughout the whole process. Unfortunately we gave them a real curveball with a tricky neighbour but they dealt with the issue and smoothed out the process to successful completion. I don't think anyone else would have been able to achieve this. They are a pleasure deal with and will go that extra mile to make things happen. Their advice was spot on from beginning to end and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Their service was excellent, from the valuation to advice, they were highly professional from start to finish. Perhaps their most impressive skill is their communication, always one step ahead of us, they kept us informed and offered advice all along the way. From my initial contact with Jackson Stops office in Sevenoaks I have been totally impressed at the sheer professionalism of every member of staff I have dealt with. Having never let out a property before I was a complete novice and no question from me was ever ignored no matter how trivial it was. Communication from day one was excellent and continues to be so. They clearly know the local market as my property was let within a few days of being advertised. I'm also benefitting from their full management service which takes a great weight off my mind. Although my thanks go mainly to Isabelle and Helen as they are dealing with me, the rest of the team when I have had dealings with them have been similarly impressive.

Tremendous service. When the market was extremely busy, our house was on the market within 4 days of instructions being given. Nine viewings followed within 2 weeks, yielding 5 offers. Later, when our buyer's buyer defaulted, we had to re-market our property the next morning, and again we received a tremendous response from the whole team at JSS, yielding 7 viewings within 4 days. We have never had a better service from any estate agent - and we have moved house many times over fifty years!

Very satisfied customer who bought and sold back to back

I managed to sell my home of 19 years and buy an exceptionally wonderful smaller home, both through Jacksons in Dorking. Jacksons generated significant real interest in my home and ensured it was pictured well, displaying it's positives and advising me along the way. We managed to back 2 back the deals and while there were some difficulties down one end of the short chain, the communication was quick, clear and I was always fully informed - facing no surprises. In the event that I was selling or indeed buying again, I would be happy to deal with the Jackson team - all were very impressive and focused on getting the deals over the line with minimum stress.

Very professional, friendly, helpful and made himself available even at the awkward times we needed which we really appreciated! James greeted us with a bottle of champagne when we came to collect the keys which was a lovely touch.
