Hi Gary I am sorry that you were unsatisfied during your time as a tenant. We pride ourselves on our service and we do everything we can in order to try and keep our tenants and landlords happy, of which is extremely rarely questioned. We as agents are effectively here as the ‘middle man’ and to liaise between tenants, landlords and contractors. We are therefore often reliant on others, as well as the fact of us not owning the properties ourselves, meaning we can’t make certain decisions without authority, therefore in some circumstances our hands are tied. We do our upmost to make sure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible. I notice it’s been nearly 4 years since you were a tenant of ours and I am not aware of anything that has happened in that time that has made you feel the need to leave the review but again I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied.

GoogleF1stmove provide an excellent service for buy-to-let landlords. They do all that's necessary, respond fast to queries and, because they are a small outfit, they manage to do their job without the endless bureaucracy which hampers large letting agents. Our company bought one buy-to-let investment house in Chippenham and we then went back and bought a second one, simply because managing the first one proved so straightforward with F1rstmove. Highly recommended.

All paperwork and costings are clear and easy to understand. Wouldn't use anyone else to look after us, our tenants or our property.

Any issues have been resolved immediately, and I feel I know all the team personally, even though I live at a distance. Thank you for your review James. However, as you have had explained to you, we are effectively here as the 'middle man' and to liaise between yourselves and the landlord. We do not own the properties and therefor we can't make decisions/do things without authority from the landlord. We pride ourselves on our service and do all we can for our tenants and landlords. I think you would agree that we have been and are doing all we can to get any issues you have resolved and as quickly as possible. I have noticed you have now changed this review James. GoogleA proper managed service with minimal hassle, everything is taken care of and only key decisions shared which comes with good background and knowledge to resolve quickly. Great service and hence I’ve never changed. Highly recommend.
