Charlie was fantastic from start to finish of our house purchase. Compared to viewing we had with other estate agents, Charlie was a cut above the rest and helped us envisage ourselves in our now home. We really valued his knowledge of the village and surrounding area. Charlie was attentive, responsive and always there for our questions throughout the process of purchasing. I wouldn’t consider another estate agent in Chinnor for buying or selling!

Within 10 days, it had been seen, photographed, marketed, and sold. Charlie was on hand all the way through the process, keeping us updated regularly and helping us complete within 12 weeks. It honestly couldn't have gone much better. Would thoroughly recommend.

They have always pro-actively resolved issue quickly & this year handled a seemless change of tenants Whilst Around 4 years ago they handled a sale of a property in Chinnor for a friend (which I supported being local), again the service was excellent with high quality material online resulting in a hassle free sale at a sale price above the other to local agents valuations!

FacebookEntirely faultless. Jayson, Charlie, Adam and the team sold our shared ownership property, going above and beyond to guide us through murky waters. Always at the end of the phone with a friendly or assuring word, they helped us with solicitor speak and other legal jargon... encouraged us in our own property search and ensured that we completed during half term, music to this busy primary school teacher's ears. Within the locale, this estate agent is in a different league. You're often told that you can't trust estate agents and we had found this with a different set-up, but, Parkers were honest, helpful and delightfully genuine. FacebookWe finally moved from West Sussex to Chinnor in January, after a very stressful few months. Our buyer’s, and their buyers’ solicitors were very difficult to communicate with but Charlie and Jayson went above and beyond. They managed to get hold of both solicitors below us in the chain - often holding on for 45mins - and were continually chasing to stop the chain falling apart. Without them we would not be here. They are both very approachable, and were always willing to do what they could in order to complete the sale. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much!
