From the first viewings with Jayson and Charlie to picking up the keys from Joni, Parkers are by far the best Estate agents I have ever dealt with. Every step of the way we were kept informed of our purchase and I honestly felt they cared about us, not just selling a property. Even after the sale had gone through and we were in our new home they are there for you with open arms to discuss and help with anything. A BIG THANK YOU to the team for making me feel as ease.

Parkers of Chinnor have one of the best teams I've come across in the world of estate agents. These guys, Jayson, Charlie and Joni have renewed our faith in Estate agents. Without their genuine care and consideration towards us a people, not just clients, we would not have had the tenacity to stay the course of what was one of the most difficult things we've ever done. Joni in particular continuously kept us informed of what was happening even to the point of dealing with the other agents ( who were not up to the mark at all ) and the all the solicitors to keep the process going. Parker’s in Chinnor 5*

Parker’s in Chinnor have been nothing but fantastic!! We rented through them for just over a year and then found our very first family home that we were fortunate enough to buy. They made it an easy and very smooth transition as we were also buying through them. The whole team have just been outstanding on communication and special shout out to Joni who hassled and got our exchange done and sorted all in time! Moving is stressful enough especially with a 3 year old and new born but I honestly can’t recommend Parker’s enough and we will definitely be dealing with Parker’s again in the future. Charlie was first class

Parker’s Chinnor provided nothing but outstanding customer service from the first phone call. We recently moved to chinnor after living in Dubai and didn’t know anything about Chinnor or the surrounding area. Charlie was absolutely fantastic with providing us with all the details that we needed to know and was first class when it came to detail about the property that we have now moved into and nothing was too much trouble, even requesting 3 viewings in a very short space of time. I would recommend this company to anyone, if you want first class customer service with a smile from the first email to moving in day. Thanks again Charlie!

My property was on sale for over a year with two national estate agents before I approached Jayson and his team. They managed to get me a full asking price offer within a month. The service along the way was second to none and I'm absolutely delighted to be dealing with them again on a rental property. Quite possibly one of the best in the business!

Fabulous estate agency! I just wished they operated nationwide! Without doubt, I would not hesitate to recommend Parkers in Chinnor. They are far superior to any other local agent I have dealt with (especially the larger or those that consider themselves more upmarket).Realistic, transparent yet very proactive. We received good advice on what to market the property at, they followed up all leads & viewings providing sound feedback, undertook brilliant price point negotiations and solid researching into potential buyer viability.Underpinning this is their fantastic management of the sales process following an accepted offer. Their expertise in this area are second to none. They are all over the detail of the chain, spotting and raising any irregularities and tirelessly chasing solicitors and agents to keep the process moving (something that a lot of estate agents don't bother doing!). I cannot rate them highly enough. Jayson and his team are a great example of how an estate agency SHOULD operate!

Parkers is an excellent Estate Agent and I would highly recommend their service. The Team - most especially Joni, looked after us personally and followed everything through with patience and understanding and above all, with professionalism. Joni arranged back to back appointments with us and we took up their entire day - (A lovely lady called Carole showed us around several houses)!Unfortunately, we didn't buy through Parkers, as we eventually decided to buy locally, due to personal reasons. It was a hard email to write, but far from being put out - Joni understood immediately and didn't once make us feel that we wasted their time.Parkers is brilliant, professional and human!!! From day one, our experience with Parkers (Chinnor branch) was amazing. The team: Jason, Joni and Charlie were all friendly, honest and above all, proactive. Emails were always replied to with a prompt response and phone calls answered with a friendly helpful manner.Our Solicitor demanded that additional surveys were actioned before any Exchange could take place. Joni pulled out all the stops and got hold of the relevant Electricians, Gas Engineers and local Builders and put our worried minds to rest. Likewise, Jason was always on hand to answer pressing questions and chase other parties.If it wasn’t for their outstanding customer care we may well have lost the sale. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and we cannot thank the whole team enough. Rest assured you’ll be in safe hands.

Parker’s in Chinnor marketed and sold our house for us in April this year. From the very first meeting through till the day we completed Jayson and Joni were amazing, they were both so professional, kept us completely in loop of all developments, Joni would update us and also dealt with a few obstacles for us, thanks to Joni we were able to complete and move within 8 weeks of accepting an offer on our property. All in all I felt they took the time to listen to what we wanted and needed them delivered everything for us, it made the move seem almost easy. I would highly recommend the company.

My partner and I have been using Parkers Estate Agents Chinnor for the last 3 years. Initially we got set-up with a rental property and felt cared for from the offset with a very pleasant viewing experience and easy application process to get us in. We then had to move to another rental after some 13months as our landlord requested the property back at short notice due to changing personal circumstances. Even with it being only 6 weeks to Christmas and unexpected, Joni (who has always been our main point of contact at Parkers) sourced us a similar property to fit our requirements and time frames and the transition between rentals was seamless and hassle free.After using Parkers as our agent for the 2 rental properties, earlier this year it was an easy decision to know who we wanted to help us make our first steps onto the property ladder. We contacted the team and informed them that we would be looking to buy our first house this spring. Again, in being as customer focused and proactive as ever Joni found us exactly what we were looking for and gave us a heads up about it coming to market in order that we could be in a strong position, knowing that the market in our area is rather quick moving. In being first time buyers there were a lot of aspects involved that we were unrehearsed in and could have been quite a difficult thing to get ourselves involved in if we were left alone. Knowing this, Jayson (the manager) assigned Joni as our case handler and she worked tirelessly to make ends meet and offer us excellent professional guidance through each and every step and we'll and truly carried out tasks beyond her station in order to ensure a smooth transaction and maintain it focuses on us as an exciting experience of buying our first home. From viewing the property, making an offer right through all the legal processes until we finally completed and received keys, we were kept well informed of everything and Joni managed to tie up the loose ends and ensure good communication from both parties and all solicitors involved to make it all happen.For this our experience of Parkers can only been stated as first class. Jayson and his team have never failed to answer the phone or email and have always promptly dealt with all enquiries and been extremely polite, professional and welcoming. They know the area well and offer a wealth of knowledge and experience which they are happy to share and made us feel very well cared for on a personal level, leaving it clear that they truly have pride in themselves and their services. Above all Joni has shown an unparalleled level of customer care that we are endlessly thankful for.
