The team at Jackson Stops led by Mark Astley were absolutely superb. Communication via e mail , SMS and phone calls were prompt and always helpful. They are a very cohesive, energised team and all knowledgeable about one's situation with a purchase. Ours was not without its difficulties, not JS issues, and they handled all the issues promptly , discreetly when required and with total integrity . We couldn't have hoped for a more professional and personable team. They were all very accommodating about arranging visits as we were 2 hours away. We are now in our new very old home! and the handover to us was personalised and enhanced by a super gift box. We could not recommend them any higher than to say they would always be our first recommendation and" go to" should we ever move again. Thank you all.

Hello Owner My wife has already emailed you personally explaining our experience. In a nutshell As soon as you arrived you asked what was going on behind our property we explained You basically said its a waste of time viewing the property,it will be 'unsellable' before even conducting a full assessment, dismissed the value of our property, you suggested selling to the G/T community or offload to 'we buy any house' for a fraction of what it's worth. Made a comment about our surname and what were you walking into!!! While our house may not be a 'million pound show home' it's our home -lived in, and well cared for, you clearly did not want to deal with us, our home is not up to standard in your eyes. Thankfully other estate agents have treated us differently, confirming our home is not only sellable, but lovely and made a full assessment, they acknowledged the site behind some buyers may take issues, others may not. We were left feeling belittled and judged
