Communication is Key! Not a great start, Cubitt and West the initial agent did not communicate very well, or return our calls. However what a turnaround 5star Excellent service from Mark Pelley. Mark is experienced professional, courteous who always follows up enquiries via email or telephone. Mark made the very stressful experience easier. Thank you so much! Looking forward to receiving our keys.

Highly recommend for a Great service

I had the pleasure of dealing with Heidi and Charlotte at the Ashington Branch concerning a complex deceased estate. They couldn’t have been more warm, helpful and responsive to our needs. Heidi was very well informed and generous with the information she shared. I feel confident in recommending Heidi and Charlotte at the Ashington branch.

Enthusiastic, professional and a pleasure to deal with

Unlike some of the disinterested and disengaged estate agents in the area, Maddison was confident and enthusiastic about taking on our property. She was professional and very easy to deal with, as were her colleagues managing the viewings. The video and photos were excellent and the property was sold at asking price.

Helpful and quick in getting sales

I had 4 different buyers for mums bunglow through waterloovile office.3 buyers pulling out for different silly reasons but each time the property was resold straight away. All the office were helpful and friendly. Julie kept me up to date with happenings and she always got back to me with answers if they were not readily to hand.

Although Cubitt and West are slightly…

Although Cubitt and West are slightly more expensive than other estate agents, they were worth it - you get what you pay for!! From start to finish, they were very professional. Our buyer’s solicitors were slow (and frustrating) but thanks to Caitlin Rosser pushing things along for us, we made the deadline we had hoped for. Thank you Caitlin!

Charlotte at Cubitt and West delivered a fantastic service, in particular in managing the negotiations with several offers and counter-offers on the table. I found the whole of the staff to be friendly and reassuring , including at the end of the process helping communication between all parties. Five stars!

Best estate agents, Dan has been very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with measurements, giving me extra information and to have a bigger picture of the potential my first flat would have. Feedback on Julie Bramble

We'd like to thank Julie for all the help and advice she's given us along the way to our exchange.
