GoogleClive has been a fantastic landlord from start to finish. Always on hand if we had any questions and not an invasive landlord like some, he never once bothered us and made the whole moving process really simplistic in fact he even helped me get the sofa in. I only moved out due to splitting with my partner. If a property becomes available in my desired area I will sure to be In touch again. Regards l Griffiths.

GoogleWhat a brilliant, efficient and friendly service. We rented a property through Clive and found him to be very down to earth, kind and humble. He led us through the process of becoming tenants with all the necessary information upfront and made us feel very comfortable. The fees are fair and not astronomical as the other agents in the area seem to be. I would recommend Clive highly to anyone wishing to rent/buy.

GoogleGreat local knowledge helping me choose a great rental property. Very professional and ethical service to both landlord and tenant. Clive sourced a great decorator who repainted the place ASAP. The property was then let out before the paint tried minimising my void period. Clive sourced an ideal tenant (did not miss a beat during lockdown) and whom the neighbours said were delightful.

Clive has provided a very welcome contrast to the 'service' provided by the large, national letting agents. We have felt that he wants to provide a service for his customers (both landlords and tenants), rather than being focussed on corporate objectives.. He has also introduced us to a good value contractor able to undertake essential work on our property - this has been an ongoing problem with the larger agencies.

GoogleAvoid - they unlawfully discriminate people - refusing to rent to anyone for reasons in respect to the protected characteristics from the Equality Act 2010. Absolutely appalled by how they speak to you, refusing to assist you, then would rather speak over you rudely. If you have any of the protected characteristics, I would suggest you avoid as you will also probably experience the discrimination and appalling behaviour; and that was from the boss!
Thank you for bringing this important issue to my attention. I pride myself in offering a high level of service to everyone I encounter - demonstrated by all 55 Google reviews prior to yours rating my service as 5*. I therefore apologise if I have fallen short of that in this case. I currently rent to tenants of all ages, nationalities, ethnicities and backgrounds without prejudice, including those with disabilities and in receipt of housing benefit. This is, however, on the basis they pass the referencing process (which is undertaken by an external referencing agency) and thus I advise tenants what will be required to satisfy those checks. I believe guidance was provided to you in this regard, for which you disagreed with. I have therefore flagged this review with Google as inappropriate, in light of your defamatory and libellous comments, which I strongly refute. From the initial enquiry Clive was always polite and friendly, he was available to help with any queries we had, and all issues were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The property was in excellent condition when we moved in and we immediately felt at home. I would definitely recommend CRJ Lettings.

GoogleClive was our Landlord for apprx 3.5 years and was a brilliant landlord. Extremely helpful in getting us moved in, regular checks etc were always carried out, he was always keen to hear how the property was working for us, any works that needed doing he sorted easily. One of nicest landlord's I've had, hence why we stayed for 3.5 years!
