I had the good fortune to rent a property who had Clive as the agent, and then used him to manage the letting of my property. In my experience CRJ Lettings offers a thorough professional service, on behalf of the tenants and the landlords. All issues as a tenant were responded to in a timely manner and resolved in a reasonable way, and the same in reverse as a landlord. Consequently the state of his properties are kept in a good repair as he does thorough 6 monthly visits and follows up on any repairs that might need doing. I highly recommend this business for its efficiency and integrity.

It has been an all positive experience with Clive at CRJ Lettings. We are current tenants and the whole process has been incredibly smooth from start to finish. Prior to moving in, we had really struggled with previous estate agents and finding a property, but finding CRJ lettings was like a breath of fresh air. The properties Clive manages are all a very high standard at a very reasonable price and Clive was very responsive and professional when dealing with any questions we had and the application process. On move in day Clive was very thorough in showing us around our new home, and had created a detailed instruction manual to help us keep organized (as moving can be stressful as it is!). He also provided us with a welcome to your new home box which little treats which was the most lovely touch. We have had no issues since moving in and any queries we've had about the property, Clive has been quick to respond and very helpful - I would certainly use CRJ Lettings again and really recommend the service. The most incredible experience we cannot recommend highly enough for landlords We were recommended to Clive by a friend who has been letting through him for a long time. We have only ever had a terrible experience in the past when letting property so were extremely anxious. Well we have been nothing but delighted with Clive's professional help and experience. Clive was impressive from the moment we met him. Very honest and attentive to our needs and wishes and recommended appropriate rental for us and our family. Clive was very informative about the chosen property, went out of his way and provided exemplary customer service. We've never experienced such an organised and factual check-in with thoroughly prepared property folder with all required documentation to the smallest detail. We even received a gift box and a beautiful 'welcome to new home' banner. Clive, what a super star! From the viewing of the property, to getting in, Clive has just been fab. He made the process of referencing really easy, completely un-stressful, and was responding to emails 24/7. On move In day, he gave us a full run down of absolutely to do with the house, covered everything we needed to know, and even left us a little "welcome to your new home" snack box. After a few days of living here with absolutely no issues, we had another little surprise in the post - a personalised card with our photo on with a really lovely message from Clive in. He really has gone the extra mile to make us feel at home, and to get us in our home with no stress. If you find a property through CRJ Lettings, GO WITH IT! He is so much better than these huge franchises, he's friendly, will treat you like both a client and friend, and yet is so so so professional. Clive was really helpful for myself and my partner, he went out of his way to make it as easy as possible for us. We've rented several times, with various estate agents, and 100% think that Clive made it the least stressful, involved the least paperwork, and cost the least. We are especially grateful that he didn't brush us aside as soon as he found out he have two dogs. Most estate agents hear the word "dog" and just ignore you from then on. However, Clive was completely unfazed, and was really helpful with us.

My wife and i moved here to get settled before the baby comes in. We moved in from London. Clive was the single most professional real estate agent we had met. His presentation style, both of himself and of the apartment was matched by no other, his customer service post moving in was similar to that of a complete team helping out! (i'm pretty sure he does have a complete team behind him actually :P) Also, he has the most English sense of humor that comes out every once in a while and swoops over the lands he lords. Clive has been amazing helping us with our home! He explains everything you need to know clearly and Efficiently. He is very genuine , easy to talk to, and he answers any questions you might have. He set up a house planner which contains trusted contractors if we have any problems or we can contact himself by phone or email. Before we got our home we were very confused with applications, paperwork and transactions that we had to complete (which can be stressful). We found that our tenants would complain to us because the agents weren't responding, that we had to keep on the agent's case to get anything done, that we did not get good value from tradesmen they employed, and that they rarely inspected the work or managed through to completion. Our experience with Clive is that he cares: about getting quality tenants who will want to stay for a long period, about looking after them when they have problems, about making sure they look after the property by explaining to them what they need to do, and about getting value for money from the tradesmen he uses. We feel he makes a good letting agent as he has the experience of tackling the day-to-day problems from the experience of managing his own portfolio. Clive has managed our properties efficiently, keeping us informed but not burdening us with the day to day problems.
