The team, especially Georgia and Molly, were brilliant. They provided all property information promptly and accurately, facilitated addition viewings and their communication was consistently excellent. They provided regular updates and answered all our questions quickly, making the process much smoother. It's rare to have such a positive experience with the "other side," and they are a credit to the agency. Highly recommended!

After using their 'homefinder service' online, they provided several properties which would be suitable for me. However, after spending time looking through them all that same day and selecting those which I was interested in, they then told me that none of those properties were available and that they actually only have one property available on the website. Why do they have so many available online then? Why were they recommended to me? Absolute waste of time

The property was marketed for 9 months with another agent before we decided to change to Bell and Blake. We chose Bell and Blake because they had the most sales of similar properties in the Chichester area. Andy and Levi appeared to be very experienced and collaborated with us as to when to remarket the property. We received an offer within 8 weeks of doing so. Georgia and Trudy were excellent at communicating by phone and email and keeping us updated about the progress of the sale. This was crucial as there were unforeseen problems further down the chain. Everyone was very pleasant and polite and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
