william h brown clacton on sea branch If you are looking for a professional and friendly agent I would highly recommend them. James Robert and Michelle recently sold my mothers house, from the first phone call to the last they were excellent. The Clacton office have a great team

Trustpilothigh pressure sales tactics
Using high pressure sales tactics to sell property, speak to a sales advisor asking how much the morgage is as part of a question & answer process. Then after a few weeks of property being listed constantly asking to lower price coming out with all sorts of pure BS to why you should, not suprisingly to get the 2+% comission only my opinion obviously.

TrustpilotAVOID AVOID AVOID
I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews. Absolutely terrible service. They are so unhelpful and will only speak to you when they are chasing your money. Completely incompetent and condescending, patronising staff. Despite their multiple mistakes, instead of owning up and apologizing, they try to shift the blame to you. Extortionate fees for unreliable and terrible service. AVOID.

Awful customer service and greedy landlords asking tenants to offer more rent to secure a small run down property. After reading the reviews I feel like I’ve dodged a bullet. Relieved.

I received a very poor service by all the staff, in the purchase of my home with little or no communication. I wasn't even provided a courtesy phone call or email that the sale is now complete. I experienced underhand sales techniques. I do not recommend this Estate Agent for either buying or selling your home.

TrustpilotThe mortgage advisor Theresa
The mortgage advisor Theresa of the Welwyn Garden city Branch could not do enough for me. Went Above and beyond to secure me a great mortgage deal and communication was faultless. Great details to Customer service in these challenging time. Highly recommended if looking to get on the property ladder or to remortgage.

Called the norwich office last may to arrange to view 2 houses. The guy on the phone quizzed me about the areas I was looking at as he didnt want to waste his time with me. I bought a house a month later through another estate agent. Far too aggressive and contemptuous.

TrustpilotWouldn’t let us view properties
Shipley branch wouldn’t even let us VIEW any properties that they had for sale without an AIP. Fair enough qualifying an offer but not letting us view anything was embarrassing. The buyers of today are the sellers of tomorrow and I certainly won’t be selling with William H Brown

TrustpilotNo communication
As a landlord these agents are almost impossible to get hold of. Emails go unanswered so problems drag on for weeks. The hotline is always busy and I gave up trying after several hours wasted. Avoid like the plague.

I tried to sell our house through william h brown . They over valued and sent us viewers that had not even put there own house on the market and had no money to proceed. After selling through another agent I am finding them very unhelpful by not even allowing me to view houses on their books.

Such poor service. Do not use. I wish I had asked around before appointing them. I’ve later been told of bad experiences from many people.
