GoogleI contacted Blundells as I was looking for somewhere to live at very short notice, their staff were very helpful in finding me a property that suited me at a quick turn around, everything was sorted out with the minimum of fuss which was reassuring as I am both new to letting and the area.

GoogleOur first experience with Blundells but would happily use again. They have been professional throughout, have a good grasp of the current rental market and what can be achieved and went ahead and found a tenant at a good price within days. Overall very impressed with their ability to market and manage!

GoogleDidn't bother to turn up for a viewing,or have the decency to phone to cancel.
Good afternoon Ricky, After investigating your review it is my understanding you were attending the viewing for our applicant, your friend. Unfortunately, the branch due to unforeseen staffing issues, were unable to attend the viewing and had to cancel. The branch did leave a voicemail for the applicant but after a further investigation it has been brought to our attention that our applicant did not manage to listen to the voicemail therefore was unable to pass on the message of the viewing being cancelled to you. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused although I hope you can see every effort was made to notify people in advance. Thanks once again for taking the time to leave your feedback. GoogleI rented a flat with Blundells in December 2016. The service was exceptional. It took under 2 days for the relevant checks to be completed. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend using this estate agent.
