We had a mixed use property to sell in central Norfolk.I went to estate agents and auction sellers for opinions.Wildly different views. But I chose Auction House Norwich , because I felt they had a realistic view when looking at our property, and I totally bought into Jenny .She has been available, via text ,phone emails throughout and a pleasure to deal with.Couldn’t have ask for more ,( other than a bit more money) but I’m a realist .I have another property I may well sell next year in Nottinghamshire and although my son works for an estate agent , I would seriously consider the Auction route again. No time wasting . No the price you want , set the guide and let them do the rest .

Fantastic service from Gary at the East Anglian branch. I had contacted him regarding the property I was interested in prior to the auction, he was a pleasure to speak to over the phone, very informative and honest. If it is your first time buying from the auction, they are open to any questions and really explain the process to you. During the sale the completion was delayed due to vendor's side, but Gary had a major hand in nudging it along. He answered every call and every text as well. Once date was agreed completion was smooth, Gary had arranged the keys pick up for us as part of the service. Whilst some auction houses may have a tarnished reputation, these guys are brilliant!

From the outset engaging with Auction House was a positive experience. Mark Willett's video overview was very helpful and when we viewed the property with him, he willingly shared any market knowledge that he felt would be helpful. The auction itself was conducted fairly and professionally. After we won the bid, Mark Willett continued to be supportive in helping us form a connection with a representative from the seller, He also ensured the keys reached us in a timely fashion.

Gary dealt with all the viewings and gave immediate feedback. Used Auction House (South Yorkshire) for our very first Joint Venture purchase about 9 months ago. We have since created a significant portfolio exclusively through Auction House. Why ? Our experiences have been hugely positive; great, friendly, knowledgeable representatives with ongoing customer service well beyond the fall of the virtual gavel. We now enjoy proactive engagement from auction valuer Mr SH who I would describe as our CRM. If as a potential purchaser your perception of an auction buy is “ high risk” think again. The service from Auction House surpassed that of traditional agents whilst we were conducting due diligence, with ongoing support post sale and post completion. Would not hesitate to recommend.
