We felt very safe in his hands and were happy to leave all the arrangements to him.Although the property didn't sell at the first auction, Gary managed to find a buyer who had decided not to bid on the day, and after some haggling a sale was agreed. The buyer did mess us around with changing their mind about the price, as well as dragging their heels over deadlines, but Gary worked well on our behalf and eventually pinned them down to our satisfaction. Paid for deposit and for administration fees including legal packs and etc and end up no one sent the packs and no follow up from anyone to assist the whole process. The only communication that I get is to ask for payment, money money money. After paying for, no assistance NOTHING!They told mortgage team the purchase had been cancelled and not letting the valuator to their job.Second appointment for the valuator to go, they don't cooperate and not giving access to valuator.They just want to make a lot of problem so that they can make you forfeit the upfront money that you paid.When you try to get a reason for their unprofessional, they will only tell you it's all your fault for not being able to do the whole process on time. Which, the issue lies with them.Unrecommended company.Ms G Wood will act like she don't know anything and push the responsibilities to someone else and keep quiet and not assist.Mr S the so call area manager is even worse, not only he did not review the whole case and will only tell you it's all your own fault. He only know how to push all the faults to you and make you forfeit the money.BAD COMPANY NO ASSISTANCE NO FOLLOW UP THEY JUST WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY FROM THE INITIAL PAYMENT AND DO THE SAME ROTATION AGAIN AND AGAIN

Their service has been excellent. From the very start of the process, when Dan carried out a property visit to do a video walk-through, right up to the day of the auction, I was given regular, detailed updates. And, I'm very pleased to say, the property sold on the day of the auction, for 20 percent more than the initial valuation from a local Estate Agent. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience.
To clarify the position, the conversation you refer to took place approximately six weeks before you instructed Auction House to sell the property in question and related to a different property transaction. During the intervening period, there were no emails, WhatsApp messages, or any other written communications requesting that the buyer should be responsible for the auction or legal fees in relation to your sale.
When you formally instructed us, you were issued with our Terms of Business, which clearly set out the fees payable by you as the seller. These terms were reviewed and signed without query or amendment.
Furthermore, when your solicitor provided documentation for your signature, the fees were again clearly detailed. At no stage during that process did you raise any concern, question the fee structure, or indicate that you believed the buyer was expected to bear those costs.
We appreciate that misunderstandings can occur, particularly where previous discussions have involved different transactions. However, the contractual terms agreed for your instruction were those contained within the signed documentation, which reflected the arrangement under which the property was marketed.
We always encourage clients to read all documentation carefully before signing and are happy to answer any questions or clarify any aspect of our terms before contracts are entered into.
